I had lunch here. I ordered the tuna melt on rye. My server was pleasant and attentive without being bothersome. This place is under new ownership/management. My sandwich came out promptly. Rye toasted and fries hot. The tuna fish was tasty and the cheese slices, bacon and tomatoes were great accompaniments. I enjoyed the meal and ambience. I will definitely be back.
The new owners here are great and seem like they are going to be making great changes while keeping the high quality food. My 7yo said they have the best blueberry pancakes he's ever had!

Wife and I made a trip from Weaverville and it was very enjoyable. The food was delicious. We had hamburger steak with onions and brown gravy, macaroni and cheese, and okra. It was all incredibly good. The way they made the Mac cheese was perfect...cup style bowl where the cheese was running down the side a little bit... cooked with heart for sure. Atmosphere was nice- relaxing and super friendly staff. We will go back for sure the next time we are in the Asheville area.
