Doesn't matter if it's just a six pack for ourselves or more for a party Keith always has what we're in the mood for. I love this og location and there are a rotating selection f food trucks weekly as well. Highly recommend if you haven't already checked out house of hops!“

“I visited the other two Incendiary locations and enjoyed them both. I had a random Saturday available, so my daughter and I decided to check out the Raleigh location. We were not disappointed. The taproom is awesome! I'm not sure what the lighting in the bar is supposed to be, but it looks like lava, and that's pretty cool. Incendiary brews a ton of amazing beers, so that was never in question. The staff was awesome and we had an amazing time. I highly recommend this place to any craft beer drinker in the triangle.“

“Location may make this taproom less than desirable to some, but they're missing out. The beers are great and it's one of the biggest taprooms in Raleigh. No matter how many people are there, it never feels crowded. The addition of food trucks makes it even better. This place is a great low key hangout if you want good beers and good people.“

Bill Reynolds was easy to work with and provided one-stop-shopping for catering and setup/cleanup and allowed us to bring our own desserts for the event. “Absolutely horrible, I ordered the pork shank. First it comes out cold and on a cold plate. So I sent it back. Next they bring it back to me and they added some lukewarm aju, now my mash potato have separated... and now i have mash potato soap. The shank was dry as hell and has Absolutely no FLAVOR. Not even salt and pepper!!!. It's like these new chef love to presentation but for get to flavor their food. Very nice plating, but the flavor is nonexistent. But let's be fair, white people don't like their food flavored. And this place makes sure they do not get any flavor at all. I would rather have a meal with flavor than a pretty plate any dayWrong restaurant sorry ?“

“The beers are VERY good. I like that they have browns and ambers, too, not just IPAs that seems to be typical at breweries these days. There is a real good variety and seasonal beers on tap as well. NICE BAR and plenty of seating plus a separate room for a private party or meeting. Lots of food places in the plaza so you can bring food in or get it deliver.ed.“

“Our first time to the Clouds Brewing Taproom. I liked the space -- big and open. Looked like outdoor space as well though it was enclosed in a big clear tent, either for cold or rain or both. I ordered their Sucker Punch sour which I always enjoy. The place was very crowded for a Christmas event going on but the bartender was efficient and asked people to step down the bar after they ordered and paid to keep things moving. For my second drink I decided to go with one of the Flat Rock ciders in the cooler. I love Flat Rock and had never tried the Key Lime Cider which was listed on the menu but I didn't see it in the cooler. I asked the bartender and he said there was one left and went to retrieve it. As he poured it he said he was saving it for himself but it was mine now. It was so good -- glad I got to try it. Bartender gets 5 stars in my eyes!“

“This is a hidden gem for Durham! Although it's not a new brewery (the first one is in Raleigh), it's new to Durham. It is tucked away and behind a restaurant. They have a large beer and mixed drinks offering. The service is top notch. When I went there with a friend, I asked about sitting outside and the GM lit a fire for us. She was super welcoming and accommodating! Thanks for a great evening!“

“We visited Wye Hill this past Saturday for brunch. We made a reservation online and you get a confirmation. Before the reservation, they texted clear instructions of where to park (free/paid), which was nice. The reservation we made was for the rail seating, but they have other options where you can sit. The outdoor patio is huge with ample seating for a variety of party sizes.The hostess that greeted us and the one that seated us were both very pleasant. Our server was Noah, who did an amazing job. Never rushed us, always checked in at the right time. I love the concept that whoever is available brings the food and drinks as they're ready. This gives the servers who are busy, a chance to wait on their tables as needed without the food/drinks waiting on them.The water cups that they brought out both had random things floating in them. The table that we were seated on wasn't the cleanest, but we were also sitting outside.Drinks: They have a large selection of cocktails and beer. We tried the bloody mary and the Astral Whip IPA. Both were good. The bloody had a slight kick but nothing overwhelming so many could enjoy it. The IPA was flavorful and refreshing.Food: The brussels sprouts. Enough said!!! They were SO good and flavorful. I am still thinking about them to this day. They do provide large portions which is nice given the price. The sauce on the brussels sprouts wasn't lacking and was fabulous. 10/10. The brunch options we ordered were omelette and a breakfast sandwich. The omelette looked fabulous and it's nice to have a meatless option. I ordered the breakfast sandwich without the sausage. I would have subbed a meatless option but they didn't have any. The egg wasn't fried as stated, more over medium. The yolk was messy and it was difficult to eat the sandwich as a sandwich. The breakfast potatoes weren't seasoned much and were very bland.They do charge a small kitchen fee of 3% on the total bill. Before the tip, we spent $82.79. Overall, we enjoyed the atmosphere and the food/drinks. We will come back and try new items.“

“Great food. We tried the most loyal pizza (large). It tasted very fresh. However, I would appreciate if they had a medium size pizza also. They only have two sizes: small and large. Small pizza is a bit too small if you want to share with another person. We also tried cauliflower and chicken wings as appetizers. Both of the items were really tasty.The staff were friendly and provided good service.The atmosphere was very nice. We sat outside. They have nice decorations and seating arrangements there. There is plenty of free parking on the street.I highly recommend this place for couples and large group of people.“

Didn’t end up getting any food but the beer is always good. I really love that they allow dogs in there too! It makes it a really fun environment.“
