“Stopped at this restaurant and it did not disappoint. If you're a vegetarian your options are really only salads or the butternut squash ravioli, but don't let this deter you from coming. The butternut squash ravioli was the best ravioli I've ever had. It was rich and creamy with the perfect mix of mushroom and sweetness from the squash. The marinated avocado salad was delicious as well. I don't usually like blue cheese but it was very mild in this dish. The people I was with ordered the pot pie which they said was great. The service was also great and everyone was extremely friendly. Would 100% recommend.“

“My man and I went here last weekend for the first time. From the time we entered until we left, we had a phenomenal experience. Our waitress Meredith was attentive, poised and very friendly. The other staff were friendly as well.We ordered calamari for appetizers and salmon+seafood pasta for our main courses. We also had refreshing mocktails. EVERYTHING was delicious and flavorful.The icing on the cake was dining on the rooftop terrace. Although we went during the day, the vibes were definitely there and the views were amazing. We will definitely be back here soon.“

“Everything here so delicious flavorful, and fresh it delighted my taste buds. I think my biggest disappointment in this whole meal was the drink. It was just average for the price, whereas the seafood salad that I got was delightful and refreshing and full of seafood, the papaya and duck salad that I had was enough for two people. It was filling it. It was well executed the flavors and the melody was delicious and refreshing. You didn't feel heavy after the meal which I think is amazing. my companion had the curry dish and said it tasted just like homemade she portions are big enough to share.“

“While visiting Raleigh, we stopped in to this delightful hot honey chicken eatery. I had the Carolina Reaper. Advice: Get the sauce on the side. It is a spicy devil. My everlasting love for eternity got the classic, which we split, of course. We shared fries with 2 different aioli sauces. We also shared a side of Mac and cheese. A little dry but quite tasty. No drinks or desserts this time, but I'm sure we will be returning.“

“We had an amazing experience late after a play on a Thursday night. The food was fantastic and our waitress (Lydia) was the best ever. We ordered what she recommended and it was scrumptious. “These are authentic tacos! Specially the Al pastor and the shrimp gym taco were amazing. We were passing through Raleigh and stopped here. We would go 1.5 hours out of our way to return here just for the tacos. Staff was great, service was quick and the location was fun, laid back and clean. If you're in Raleigh, and a taco snob, you have to visit, case closed.“

“Had the best meal ever, again! I'm never disappointed when I eat at J Alexanders. The wait was an hour, so we sat at the bar. Emily took care of us with another handsome (African-American) man (wish I would have gotten his name). They were both so attentive and detail oriented. I can't say enough about my favorites offerings... ThaiKai Salad, Steak and Frites (perfect temperature) and the Carrot Cake. The service and atmosphere are wonderful too but will take second place to the fabulous food.“

“Me and my boyfriend came here for our first date on Saturday 04/20/24, our waiter was Matthew. Service was Spectacular! My boyfriend’s favorite Italian dish is chicken Alfredo and even though it wasn’t on the menu, our waiter had the kitchen make it for my boyfriend which was so nice! I ordered the gnocchi but unfortunately they had just ran out so I opted for the 4 cheese ricotta ravioli and it was absolutely delicious. Both dishes was 10/10 Fantastic. The bread and garlic butter was sooo good. Me and my boyfriend both decided this restaurant will definitely be one of our top 5 spots to have dinner when he’s home from base. 10 stars across the whole board!“

“Our meal was phenomenal. One of the best meals of my life. We ordered the spinach dip, mushroom vandouvan, spanakopita, brussels sprouts, and chocolate mousse cake. Every bite was amazing. The mushroom dish was especially decadent and I was delighted to see that it was vegan. We are trying to eat more plant-based meals, so we booked our anniversary dinner here and I am beyond glad that we did. We will certainly be back. 10/10 highly recommend.“

“This is my second time getting Pita Bowl for lunch and it is quickly becoming my new favorite lunch spot! I always order ahead of time and it is always ready within 5-10 minutes of my requested order time. The inside is decent sized with tables and hightop seating. There is outside seating as well. Everything comes out warm because it is made fresh and that translates into the amazing flavor! We have gotten pita bowls both times, one with chicken shawarma and one with shaved lamb. Both meat options were phenomenal, flavorful, and warm at pickup. All the toppings are delicious, many to choose from, and you can get as many as you want with no extra charge! The cilantro potatoes come out crispy and hot, so those are always a great topping. Dipping the warm pita bread in the garlic sauce and tzatziki is another favorite of mine here. Highly recommend and will be back for more lunches!“

“One of our favorite restaurants hands down! The food and service is consistently delicious!! Went in for lunch today and ordered an appetizer-asked for the sauce on the side because it was spicy but it came out tossed in the sauce. Our waitress was so apologetic about it and the manager came out and apologized and took it off the bill! We were completely blown away as my husband still ate the whole thing so we didn’t mind paying for it at all and really thought nothing of it. They really want their customers to be happy and really went above and beyond today! Our daughter also has a Peanut Allergy and the way they handle food allergies is amazing. This is one restaurant she feels confident eating at. Already looking forward to our next time back!! Thank you for the consistently delicious food, amazing wait staff and management!!!“

“A foodie's delight, Stanbury has set the bar high for any newcomers to the Raleigh food scene. They have some of the freshest seafood I have eaten in the area. They layer complex textures and flavors, and the balance of salt, fat and acid in every dish is near perfect. Their menu rotates, but the standouts during our last visit were the bone marrow, oysters minuet and the steak (when we went it was served with a mole/bbq sauce on the side...mmmm). Stanbury has been our favorite restaurant in Raleigh for over a decade, and I don't see anyone toppling them in the near future.“

“Hands down, my favorite pizza in Raleigh. Pizza seems authentic, with both thin crust, and the coveted square thick crust. I prefer thin, and my partner prefers square. Cool, low key, and casual vibes. The staff are down to earth and helpful with a bit of an edge encouraged of any respectable and legitimate pizza place. We usually pickup, however, it's great for an easy date night, pre-concert, game, or name your outing. The wine is great, nothing pretentious, just quality. And the pizza is something you'd expect from somewhere renowned for pizza (I dare not mention any city or else someone will throw tomatoes at me). All in all, one of our favorite places in the Triangle.“
