Great place, but portions are extremely small, when they say small plates, they really are small! There is no sharing, at least not in the case of the gorgonzola cheese with honey and strawberries, there was one slice of bread (seemed like a slide of a French baguette) That small! What can I say that hasn't already been said. It's a chef that cares about his craft and wait staff that care about the customers. There's a wait to get in, but that's to be expected. The service is great and the food is some of the best I've had anywhere in the world.

A foodie's delight, Stanbury has set the bar high for any newcomers to the Raleigh food scene. They have some of the freshest seafood I have eaten in the area. They layer complex textures and flavors, and the balance of salt, fat and acid in every dish is near perfect.
