I have many things to say about this place. The times I actually come here, my online orders are at LEAST 10-15 minutes late every time. Not to mention half the time I have to ask the workers to make my food when I placed the order many minutes before. I arrived at Chipotle around 10:30 PM, expecting them to be open until 11 PM. Unfortunately, when I got there, they had already had run out of meat. The women serving stated “I don’t know why people come at 10:30 knowing we close at 11pm . It was disappointing to experience this after seeing they were supposed to be open until 11 PM.

Staff was so incredibly rude. While I was looking at the menu the young man asked me if I knew what I wanted and if not he could take the person behind me. When I turned around the person behind me was just walking in the front door.
