Domino's Pizza in Raleigh

“Ordered lunch for my family on Labor Day and when I walked in, I only noticed one gentleman named Alex. I picked up my ordered and everything was perfect; wings, 2 pizzas, and stuffed cheesy bread were all delicious and I'd like to thank Alex for his hard work!“

“Kudus to the 3 employees working last night (Sun 1/7/24 @ 9:15pm). I haven't been to this location in a year due to past experiences being so bad. Previously there was a guy that worked there who would get angry when you just called-in politely to place an order.. Last night, the woman answering the phones couldn't be more polite and professional. The gentleman cooking the food was AWESOME. Our sandwiches were the best they've ever been from there. I hope they get a chance to see this because they were working hard and that was refreshing to see based on previous experiences.“

“I don't usually leave reviews, but definitely have to. No complaints, especially when I placed my order after 930pm. Great service. Order my food on the website, set up a text tracking, was greeted with a smile, pay for my food and left. In and out of the door in 3 mins. Pizzas and dessert was still fresh and warm when I got home. Much appreciated!“

“I ordered two pizzas and some garlic bread bites but they never showed up. I'm not sure if the tracker app was broken, but it showed the delivery car being on a completely different road when it showed as delivered. $20 and 20 Domino's points down the drain.Edit: It showed up 22 minutes after it said it was delivered. My thin crust pizza was burnt on the edges but it's overall really good :)“

“Everything that I ordered was really good it was difficult putting my order in because I was not talking to a real person so it made it difficult to order my food but when I did get a chance to speak to a real person everything worked out very good“

“Order 2 medium 2 topping pizzas + 2 orders of chicken alfredo pasta and an order of the brownies. Both pizzas looked picture perfect and tasted even better than they looked. The pastas were perfectly cooked with just the right amount of sauce! And the brownies were ooey-gooey and ABSOLUTELY CHOCOLATEY AND DELICIOUS! Woulda taken a picture or two but everything looked so good i crushed it all IMMEDIATELY. The cooks did a great job on my order, as usual, and the delivery driver was quick and friendly, also as usual. Thanks alot team you guys rarely, if at all, disappoint.“

“I placed an online order at this location for carry out/car side delivery. I originally planned on getting delivery but the usual store I order from was closed already, and this was the next nearest location that was allowing me to submit my order, just not for delivery sense it was a little after 11pm and they closed at 12am. I realized shortly after placing my order this location was further away than I had thought (about 22mins). When I punched it into my GPS it said I would be arriving at 12:16 am, fifteen minutes AFTER they closed. So I decided to call the store and find out if that was going to be okay or not, or if I’d have to just request a refund. I was greeted on the phone by a super friendly manager named Courtland. I explained I would be arriving late to pickup my order. Without hesitation he assured me that he would still be at the store by the time we arrived and to just call when we pulled in, and he’d bring out our order. Just as my husband and I pulled into the parking lot, a belt broke on our vehicle ? Cortland brought our food out to us right away. My husband let him know what was going on with our vehicle snd mentioned we may have to get an Uber home and come back for our vehicle in the morning after buying a new belt. He was very understanding and kind and said it would be fine there overnight. About 15 mins later we were in my husbands car eating our pizza waiting on our Uber and Cortland came outside asking if we would like a water or soda, and then gave us two cokes! Overall he truly had exceptional customer service, the food was fresh and Hot, and my husband and I decided it’s worth the additional 10-12 minute drive to order from this location in the future, because good customer service and genuine friendly people are hard to come by these days and we really appreciated his compassion, and willingness to go above and beyond.“

“Convenient location, the only Domino’s in the area so can get very busy. Good customer service, pizza had good amount of toppings. This is only a take out/delivery Domino’s doesn’t have tables to eat in only have 2 small like couch to wait for your order. “If you set your standards to fast good pizza, this place is good. Friendly staff and good pizza. Sometimes one of them forgets how to slice even sizes but usually they're good.Kid-friendliness: Fun little viewing area for kids to step up and watch the pizzas getting made.“

“I called this location to complain about an unsafe delivery driver. The Manager let me get through my entire rant before we figured out that I had the wrong location. Actually it was the Papa John's who had the bad service. Hilarious! Shout out to this Manager for his quality listening skills and service.“

“This Dominos did a really good job with our order. We had a pretty big order we needed for an event. We were able to walk in and the manager helped walk us through the process. They made it really easy to order ahead and even said they could deliver the order. I was a bit nervous since it was a pretty big order but it showed up fine and everything was perfect! The food was really good and they got everything right in the order and were very helpful. They even called a day before just to make sure everything was in order. If you have a important order just go in and talk with them and they'll help ya out!“
