“This has to be my favorite spot for ice cream in Raleigh! I love seeing what the new flavors are every month because they're so creative. I really enjoyed learning about the story behind Two Roosters and that they source a lot of their ingredients locally like using bakery items from Sola. They also always include dairy free and/or gluten free options. It's in a great location downtown to spend an evening outside and an awesome neighborhood to walk off all the delicious ice cream you just ate!“

“Okay so you know I love Jeni's! I think they have really nice employees, really clean stores, and great flavors. This store had free water and I loved that. I especially love that they have dairy free flavors and rotating seasonal flavors. However, this location only gets 4 stars because they had fewer flavors available and no inside seating. The Durham location has wayyyy more flavors!“

Research and teaching farm!**A 329-acre dairy farm with tours and a museum with interactive educational experiences, but we came for the ice cream, which is amazing, and had a great time! The Creamery has a porch with tables, rockers and Adirondack chairs, a lawn where kids play, and cow watching. Inside they sell the classics, coffees and smoothies, take home pints, Howling Cow merch, and, at the holidays, their famous egg nog. I had a Tuffy's Special, which was the March student creation. It was so good! I really hope they make it a permanent menu item. The whole family enjoyed their treats. The staff even provided a lid for the banana split without us having to ask. “I received amazing customer service on Saturday February 24th. I placed a drive up order for 6 tres leches for my family. First let me say the cookies or should I say cake is delicious. So much so my family shared 2 earlier in the week but everyone was requesting more before the menu changed. Anyway my order was delayed a few minutes because they had sold out and only had half of my order and promptly offered substitutions. No big deal I had to wait ten minutes and manager was so apologetic and even thorough in an extra cookie. I am so appreciative of good customer service because post covid it is becoming more and more rare.“

“I love the ice cream here, I only docked one star because I wish they had more non dairy flavors (it has been vanilla only the past two months) other than their sorbet. The staff is normally very friendly, but they seem to be on their phones a lot and aren't washing their hands before serving customers after touching their phones. Overall, I recommend, I just suggest less phone use and more non dairy flavors.“

“Went for the very first time on a Thursday afternoon. The parlor was very vibrant, clean, and the staff were friendly. There are a ton of options to choose from and they even offer samples if you are unsure. I loved the outdoor seating area and would love to come back and enjoy the sweet treats for the summer.“

“We reached out to NC Ice Cream about coming for a kids birthday party at my house. Even with it being over an hour and a half drive, she gave us a more than fair price and made my 3 year olds birthday a day to remember. She was very polite and accommodating. Maybe with one of the next birthday parties, I’ll be able to get her to come back. All-in-all, I would recommend to anyone.
