I visited this location today and was very disappointed with the level of customer service provided by the staff. Despite being in need of assistance, I found that the service staff were unhelpful and seemed unwilling to assist customers. Customers may not be familiar with the company's policy ,just hope the employees can give a correct and reasonalbe explanation, but their answer is we just make what you ordered and don't know anything else...This lack of willingness to help...read full review
The older lady that opening this Starbuck (black lady) is very RUDE and so unfriendly. She takes FOREVER to fix a drink and she seems pretty unhappy with her job that I didn't even tell her to apply for. The other 2 young men that I have seen there are pretty nice but all in all its the SLOWLY Starbucks I have ever been to. This Starbucks at this Harris Teeter has been excellent. I love the staff there, and they are nice and professional, and good to talk to. I like their breakfast sandwiches there after I was done working at this Harris Teeter. Sometimes the lines get a little long, but I love their food, and drinks.
