I love cava and go there often since they opened in Wilmington and I’m always impressed. The speed of service is great, and the food is consistently delicious. The standout, however, was Carolyn, who provided the best customer service I've experienced there. She was incredibly sweet and attentive, making my experience truly memorable. I recommend Cava for its yummy food and outstanding service, especially thanks to Carolyn!
The food is always great with lots of options! Great service and environment.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options like falafel, rice, and beans! Easy to make something vegetarian.

Cava is an excellent choice if you would like a "grab and go" option for healthy food. The Lamb Meatballs and Falafel I can say were excellent, and their large selection of all ingredients are fantastic. Service was great, staff was friendly (we didn't go at lunch time rush so can't comment on how quick they are) and were helpful. They are definitely pricey for what you get, but if you want refreshing, quality Mediterranean food and you're in the Wilmington Area, give it a visit.
