“Probably the most authentic Beijing food in Manhattan. Super cute ambiance and amazing food - every dish was executed well and not too salty/oily/sweet unlike most other Chinese restaurants in the city. Service was friendly and fast. Highly recommend if you haven't tried Beijing food or if you're looking for legit Chinese food in the city!“

“A warm local Georgian place which is owned by a super friendly and easy going owner with a simple but cute decor. The service is also great with the owner happy to recommend the dishes.I wanted to tick off the traditional Georgian dish, Adjaruli Khachapuri. It's basically a bread boat filled with cheese and raw egg yolk. It's a baked dish and is best eaten when hot. One needs to mix the raw egg yolk properly within the cheese and then devour it. The bread was easy to break with crisp sides while the cheese was really creamy and smooth. It basically felt like a better version of NYC cheese pizza minus the marinara, and I would happily choose this one over pizza! The dish is simple, filling and soul satisfying which made me love it. The prices too are pretty decent compared to the neighborhood they are located in.Overall an amazing experience with Georgian food, would definitely come back to try their Khinkali (dumplings) next time!“

“The food was delicious!!!! A friend told me that it would be very spicy, but I didn’t find it to be so. (Definitely had a zip to it but not too extreme) Service was attentive and pleasant. The only downside was the seating. The chairs were more like elementary school short stools. Quite uncomfortable, but I’d definitely go back just for the food!“

“This place was really fun. We had it (and the nice starry moonlit sky) all to ourselves on a Wednesday night. Which is a shame! More people should be coming here!Achari mushroom appetizer was a great start with a little spice. After a brief chat with the owner who told us about the history and where they source food and spices my wife and I shared the paneer makhini and Pandara Road Wala butter chicken. Both were so excellent we forgot to get any photos ?A+, will come back again.“

“I took my almost 4 year old here for lunch recently and we had the best time! The fish was so fresh and the hand rolls were stuffed full! Very affordable given the quality of sushi. Truly some of the best sushi I’ve had in a long time. John took care of us and he couldn’t have been more gracious and sweet. What started as a last minute casual lunch, turned out to be a memorable afternoon with my son. Highly recommend!!“

“I've heard a lot of good things about ichiran and it's definitely a great solo dining spot! I came here on a Sunday around 5:30pm and there was no line. You order outside and get the food with your receipt once you're seated. Each person gets a little booth. You're quite close to the person next to you so it wasn't as private as I thought it'd be, but still pretty cool! There's only one ramen on the menu (the tonkatsu ramen), but you can customize it with different toppings and flavors. I went with recommended everything and added a soft boiled egg. The soup was pretty flavorful but a bit too salty for me. I was also a bit disappointed that there were only two small pieces of meat. I did really like the texture of the noodles and the egg. I'd say the ramen is on the pricier side ($27 with the egg) even with the no tipping policy.“

“From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the stage for a wonderful dining experience.About the food – the lamb and A5 wagyu were nothing short of phenomenal. Bursting with flavor, each bite was a testament to the restaurant's dedication to sourcing the highest quality ingredients from around the world. And the cocktails? They were the perfect accompaniment to the meal, expertly crafted and incredibly refreshing. But what truly made my visit memorable was the impeccable service, courtesy of Sam, one of the supervisors. Her friendly and attentive demeanor elevated the dining experience to another level, making me feel like a valued guest from start to finish.I can't wait to return and indulge in their mouthwatering dishes and delightful cocktails once again!“

“When I say that I love this place! Me and a best foodie friend of mine came to RUA a couple of weeks back and had a TIME!Our server was incredible, not knot was she the sweetest thing ever she gave some really great suggestions on drinks and dessert.I’m vegan and my girl friend and I ordered food together. Although she’s not vegan she opted in to share two vegan appetizers, two vegan entrees, and one shared dessert.I am a Thai food feign! And not every plan offers alternatives to their protein options. Now, don’t get me wrong, as a vegan I LOVE me some vegetables. But sometimes I’m looking for another flavor profile or texture and it’s a bummer when they don’t have it.NOT HERE! RUA had EVERYTHING!Not only did they have vegetables options, they had an option for Tofu, Mock Duck, AND Vegan Shrimp! This is the ONLY Thai restaurant I’ve ever been to so far in the U.S. (out of Cali, NY, GA, FL, or Massachusetts!) that serves Vegan Shrimp.Vegan shrimp is usually made from a fruit called Konjac, which is a plant, that when cooked, truly mimics the texture and visual aesthetic of shrimp. In the end, we orderedVeggie Spring rolls (my all time favorite)Fried TofuRed Curry with Mock Duck (literally so delicious!)Pad Thai with Vegan Shrimpand sticky Mango RiceAnd as two sober baddies! We opted in for their Butterfly Pea Lychee Soda (SO FREAKING YUMMY) and their Strawberry Guava FizzCHEF’S KISS!!Dietary restrictions: Amazing Vegan Options!“

And the Peking duck is divine. It’s a wonderful place for a party, they work with you to make it really special. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the space is warm and beautiful. We had a wonderful time and will go back for dinner very soon.Dietary restrictions: Our event served vegan and vegetarian options as well as standard fare“

“I love omakase. I love not having to decide what to eat. This place has multiple locations apparently and opened up near the end of last year. It looked good and I'd been wanting to try it for a while. I'm glad I got the chance. It's a small-ish place. You can either sit at the bar or a table. We sat at the bar and these 2 girls next to us were super loud the whole time. I got the green tea sake, which actually taste like straight green tea and I loved it. I don't remember the name of it. The rest of the courses were pretty standard: uni, sea bream, tuna, wagyu beef, and there was a wagyu beef nigiri but I forgot to take a picture of it. The night ended with this adorable looking dessert which was wafer cookie with ice cream in it. Really nice restaurant, very nice service, not too pricey, and their sake list is pretty extensive. I would go back just for that green tea one.“

“GREAT food! Have ordered literally once a week for the last month and a half since moving to the neighborhood. Met the owners, they were very excited to hear how much we liked their food. “The gomtang is a VERY basic, clear broth soup. Really does not have much taste on its own. I personally like more flavorful foods and added the house special pepper paste, which I thought really elevated this dish and brought it to another level. I highly recommend eating the gomtang with the paste.I also ordered the kimchi mandu, which were delicious and spicy. Definitely packed more flavor compared to the gomtang.I recommend making a reservation because walk ins could be a long wait. The seating is around the counter, which I enjoyed as you can watch the food being prepared in front of you.Service was great. The chefs and hosts were very nice and explained things on the menu.“

“Be Well is one of my favorite spots in the area. Food is actually healthy and made fresh to order. The atmosphere is friendly and upbeat. They remember faces and names. And the outdoor seating, plants and flowers, and park across the street is perfect. Eating here makes me feel good. My faves are the green goddess salad, the black bean wrap, California wrap, and the Moroccan lentil and the cauliflower chickpea curry. Parking or pulling up for a takeout order are also both very easy since it's away from the congested business district of Rutherford.“

“Came in here on quick notice by myself around 5:30 PM for dinner. Called 10 minutes ahead and was offered my seat at the bar when I got in. Omakase is decently priced for experience; had some great sake alongside the meal! I was definitely full by the end of the meal, it was definitely a good usage of money. I respect how involved the head sushi chef was in creating the omakase and showcasing everything. Everyone on staff was nice, actually! I would definitely go on a date here, nice vibes.“

“We had a wonderful dining experience here this past Saturday evening. The atmosphere of this old Irish sports pub was lively and friendly, without being overwhelming. We sat at one of the many tables surrounding the bar. The service was prompt and friendly. The beer and wine were great and the burgers, fries, salad, and salmon were delicious and the portions very generous. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering its location a block and a half south of Central Park. We were just tourists but would come back often if we lived here.“

A friend of mine recommended me this restaurant and I have to say I loved the food , they were very nice , first place i go and the first thing they do is give us water. They attend really fast, our food was ready in less than 30 mins. The only thing is that you must pay in cash. Is kinda small but nice. I also noticed prices were lower than I was used to expend in restaurants. At the end they give you fortune cookies. If you’re near Chinatown you can go ahead and visit the place you can eat for less than 40$Vegetarian options: They have pretty much everything in a vegetarian optionDietary restrictions: They have options for dietParking: The parking is in the street and paidKid-friendliness: Not the best place for kidsWheelchair accessibility: Not available , just in the outside part“

“Cuban restaurant in Bergenfield, NJ Cuban family restaurant in New Jersey with ample parking space. My wife and I were greeted and served with great kindness by an efficient and bilingual staff. The restaurant is spacious, and its ambiance is refined. Its décor combines a display of original works by Cuban painters and Oriental vases. The menu, prepared by a Cuban chef, is diverse, with various starters, main courses, and desserts. As main course I ordered lacón, the kind I remembered eating in Cuba, which is not easy to find in New York. My wife had sea bass. Our dishes were all very good. We were very pleased. My wife favorite was a starter called “Discovery”. I particularly enjoyed the flan. Our only recommendation has to do with the music, which was only Salsa while we were there. In our opinion, the addition of other types of Cuban music could enhance the experience. The owners do not have a liquor license yet. Forewarned, we were able to bring our own bottle of wine. We had a great time. Highly recommended.“

“Finally. A truly great Japanese restaurant in this neighborhood! This famed location has previously had a delightful Japanese restaurant before but this certainty tops it The decor is simple and smartly designed noise levels are calm and good for conversation Although I have only had lunch here the menu looks more interesting than most other standard Japanese menus. No gyoza here! Instead consider the delicious tuna tart or the tuna ball! The bento box lunch at just 22.00 won my heart. It is not served in a traditional black box but rather in separate plates. You have a choice of a hand roll or a maki , soup or salad, in this case I had the chicken teriyaki which was crispy and moist just perfect The veggies are not an afterthought infact they too were carefully prepared I prefer a larger teacup however the fine service offered continued bro refill our cups seemingly immediately Overall I was impressed with the level of service, the Ambiance and although more expensive than the standard Japanese lunch.. truly worth every cent. I'm sold“

You can tell these are good people.Flavor: solidMy only nit is that the kitchen was slow. “The food was tasty, the portions are large, one plate serves 2 people. The place is very clean and beautiful.4 stars because the rest of the experience should not be influenced by the gesticulating waiter and the fact that I ordered something and he brought me something different (he didn't want to bring what I asked for, just what he wanted) he can barely eat.“

“Thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. The menu can be super overwhelming, so just look around at the pictures on the wall to decide what you want. Supper unassuming spot but definitely one to check out. Started with the roti, a must at this cuisine. It was what we expected, standard fare. Next was the sizzling tofu. This is a dish I was unfamiliar with and thoroughly enjoyed. The flavoring was great and the texture of the tofu was stellar. Highly recommend. We tried the hokkien char mee, a noodle dish with dark soy sauce. Not overly heavy with a nice noodle. Good balance for the other dish. We also got lamb rendang, which was also great. This we took home, in the end, as the previous 2 filled us up. However, always appreciate a good rendang.“

“I was craving soup and lamenting the loss of hale and heart when I realized Luke's Lobster offers both New England clam chowder and lobster bisque. I ordered both for delivery along with the blueberry lemonade and a grilled cheese. I wasn't thrilled with the grilled cheese but for 5$ it wasn't bad. Brown grain and seed break with a verrrry thin line of cheese but tasty and good for dipping in soup. The blueberry lemonade tasted like kombucha... make of that what you will. The soups however were hands down fantastic. The bisque had huge hunks of lobster and the clam chowder was loaded with clams. It was really nice to have two lovely hearty soups when I was craving them like mad and I can't wait to take a crab or lobster roll to the park to enjoy the warm weather in the spring.“

“This place is a gem - We had beef szechuan, sweet and sour chicken, special fried rice, veggie soup, veggie lo mein and egg rolls, all delicious and fresh; the egg rolls and chicken were still crunchy by the time we got home.Called and was there in 15 mins. The place is spotlessly clean and from the moment I walked in, it was warm smiles all around, seems to be family owned and it shows. We were left with a full belly, a happy heart, and a new go-to spot.Pic of the menu attached as I had a hard time finding it. Just keep in mind, they're cash only when you go (and you should!)“
