“We made a reservation and got seated on time. Service was good, attentive, and professional. We ordered an appetizer that was served fairly promptly. All the food came as ordered. I had a ribeye, which was delicious. The mashed potatoes were awesome. The salad was not special. Service could have filled water a bit more often. The ambiance was good. It was tight seating but not overly cramped. I'm a bigger guy and was fine. One distraction was that there seemed to be multiple servers at times. One girl asked about drinks, and another came a bit later to take the order, and yet another brought the bill. It was a bit confusing as you didn’t know who to ask for anything. All in all, it was a nice experience and we would return. As far as the bill, expect to spend between $50 to $100 per person. Not an every night meal spot but nice for a special occasion.“

“High level. Delicious and meticulous food. We started with corn ribs, an excellent start to the meal. I took a skirt steak, the meat was well done and together with the pico de gallo was exceptional. My friend took beef skewers and enjoyed it too. For dessert we ordered pecan pie. “The staff at NYY Steak continues to amaze. Not only do they continue to serve a fine meal, they provide a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy one's meal or just drinks at the bar. There was an unruly customer who was doing her best to disrupt the staff and everyone else around her. The Managers Elise and Jason did a great job of respectfully containing this person, though she deserved no such respect given her behavior. The Bartenders Nelson and Tanya did a great job of not allowing this person to prevent them from making everyone else's time at the bar enjoyable. Kudos to all.“

They brought out the dessert with a candle for the birthday honoree (by request). The steaks were delicious and cooked perfectly to each of our temperature requests. Would not recommend the poutine. “Came here after dinner for a night cap on a Friday night and we found out they had Karaoke. I was stoked because I'm learning Spanish and I love to sing. We opted to sit outside but what was nice about that is that their walls are made of glass so we could still see inside and people watch while still enjoying the fresh outdoors. Our waitress was super nice and friendly. We told her we ate already and just wanted drinks and maybe dessert. She took our order and we did end up ordering their vanilla flan and their chocolate cake flan. Both were delicious. Later on, I asked our waitress if I can sing and immediately she encourage me to come in and told the DJ which song I wanted and they handed me the mic. The people in the restaurant was awesome as they cheer me on as I sang Vivir mi Vida by Mark Anthony. I definitely would say to give this place a try. Great local restaurant in the neighborhood, where you can have fun without venturing into the city. Love it!“
