We had the worst meal tonight from Penn Station. Our sandwiches were not made according to the website and were so salty we had to throw them away. We called the store and were told that new ones would be delivered. They didn't arrive. We called again and they said that they were waited there for US to call DoorDash to come get them to redeliver. We will never order from them again. Very poor customer service.

this is grotesque. I ordered a sandwich for 8 dollars when all I had left were 9 dollars and they came to my door with an inch long smooshed sandwich. like wtf? I didn't look at reviews but this is so unappreciated and undeserved of a restaurant. I ordered a cheese steak and it wasn't even a steak sandwich. just salami. how horrible of ppl run this place.?
