“I love this store. It is clean and well stocked. Customer service is efficient and friendly. It is well managed, with manager often interacting with customers. Its reward program works for me. I dont get gas here, I choose to use my perks mainly for food--As gas is cheaper at BJs wholesale club. You have to check meat tho. Sometimes the expiration is that day. Yikes. Deducting one star for that and gas program.“

“We started coming to this Kroger in March when the Pandemic was in full swing. It's 3 miles from our home and our other Kroger is only a mile away from the house; still, we make the weekly short trek to New Albany as this store is better stocked than the other one so it became out tried and true go-to store. Plus, it's on the way to our doggie day care we have more than one stop and it is between our home and where my parents reside in their assisted living in Granville so it became our stop for them since July. Great, great, great consistent staff. Very friendly. Very professional and fun despite this awful time in our country. I will admit when this store was undergoing renovations about a year or so ago, I hate it. There was absolutely no method to the madness where items were temporarily placed. Thank God we hung in there. Now we use both Krogers close to the house. This one for our weekly stop and the other as it has a liquor store inside when we need fresh bottles for our home bar! :)“

“How did it take me five years to walk into Espresso Air? This is a great local coffee shop. I completely recommend it! I ordered a honey latte with cinnamon. Not only was the coffee perfectly pulled and the milk was nicely steamed, the owner made a beautiful tulip coffee art in my cup. (Thank you! That makes me smile). If you are looking for a place to sit and work for hours... this might not the place for you as its small inside with two cafe tables but.... If you want a great cup of coffee, with beans locally roasted by the owner and a true local coffee shop feel, this is definately the place for you! If you like fresh baked cookies, bagels and savory flat breads... this is the place for you. The owner's family also owns the Tulip Cafe, which is a Turkish bakery and wow, the baked goods are fresh and they're good! The shop is in historic uptown on a cute corner entranced building. He has few cafe chairs inside and a few outside. The decorating and merchandising inside really adds to the aesthetics of his space. Its just such a nice, well done, locally owned business. Come support it! You will not be disappointed in anything.“

“The vanilla funfetti cake was perfect. It's light and the frosting is just right - not too sweet, super perfect mouth feel. The chocolate is not as chocolatey as I like but if you're looking for a light milk chocolate flavor it's delicious.“

I enjoy eating it semi-frozen.The peach pie was okay—crust delicious; peaches could have been more tender as they were somewhat crunchy; not a big fan of commercial pies with gel-type fruit filling; taste was perfect… not too sweet. I will probably just stick with the cream pies.The chicken pot pie had a delicious homemade taste, but for whatever reason, the chicken had a “chickeny” smell— it didn’t taste spoiled, but the smell was off— I will not purchase againThe turkey pot pie also had a delicious homemade taste—I will definitely purchase again.I cannot wait to try the key lime pie with whipped topping instead of meringue (with advanced order). I really appreciate that they sell small pies.“

“I stopped in randomly on Friday. I picked up 3 red Velvet cupcakes and a peanut butter cupcake to take to my parents. They said they were the best cupcakes they had ever had. My Mom said the red velvet was absolutely delicious! I can’t wait to recommend them to brides. I will definitely be back to get more.“
