“Service rating 10/10. Highly recommend Alex, a few of my coworkers and I went after work, food was delicious, our server the best server I have encountered in years! Treated our table. . Actually his entire group of tables like royalty. Really made our evening. Will definitely be bragging to our coworkers who will be needing a nice dinner and beverages this up coming month, after we open our 6th floor.“

“Decided to head out and check out Bob’s Backyard Bar-B-Q in Pickerington. They do all their smoking with apple wood to give a nice smooth taste to the meat. This is a different version of the Lancaster business. Very stylish interior with a lot of wood used. Lighting is very cool. Plans are for them to have a liquor license soon.On to the important stuff, the food. I ordered the Dressed Up Pulled Pork Sandwich, Mac N Cheese, Baked Beans and Cheesy Potatoes. The sandwich had good amount of pork on it, fried onions added a big difference to the sandwich. The sauce that they use for it is homemade as all their sauces are. The Mac and cheese was a baked version which had a nice cheesy flavor. The Baked Beans were made with cinnamon which typically places go overboard with, this was just a light touch. On to Cheesy Potatoes, they were made perfectly, using a riced potatoes and a nice blend of cheese, baked to perfection. Crazy as it be the star of the show was something they give you for FREE at the beginning of the meal which was a sort of oyster crackers that are buttery with seasoning on them. Yummmy!!! Now on to service. My waitress was Kendall, she was amazing, checking on me and giving refills on my drink. A special treat was that I got to sit down and talk with Jared the Manager for a bit. He told me a lot of the background of the business. So cool to hear a lot of the back stories to businesses. Then if things weren’t good enough already. Bob the owner shows up and comes in and I was able to chat with him for a few minutes. This is a very new restaurant and everyone should come out and check it out.“

“We called ahead for the wait list, once there it was a 5 minute wait at best. When we got seated our server was right there talking care of us. The food was delicious! It's a nice warm environment. We drive down from Columbus for that location.“

“Dinner with our Cali family, decided to give Barrel & Boar a try. The restaurant is set in a very nice location. We actually went during prom season. Lots of beautifully dressed teens taking pics near the fountain feature. Pretty cool ambiance for the restaurant and service was okay. The food for the most part was great, special shoutout to the cauliflower soup! The greens were a bit too sweet for everyone's taste. One note to our waitress: NEVER reheat a customer's coffee, brew a new pot!“

“I was in town for Mother’s Day and was bout to get on the road. Seen her food truck and stopped. When I tell you my food was soooooo good. That cornbread was so good and sweet. I literally almost told my husband to turn around so I could get some more before we leave. Will definitely recommend and will come eat AGAIN!! She was so sweet and patient. Left a little note on the box. Thank you. ☺️“

“Staff was friendly, stopped by first time, for just a 'snack' of side dishes: Macaroni and Cheese and egg roll were delicious. As was the turtle brownie, a very, very tasty desert! Will try the cornbread and main entrees next visit!“

“We stopped here on a trip to Columbus and we were pleased with our meal. Their food is nothing out of the ordinary, but it's a safe bet if you like American/BBQ.The staff was friendly, and there was almost no wait at all. Give it a shot if you're in the area.“
“Wanted a Clevelander at the Heritage Fest but they ran out of Hotdogs and replaced it with a polish sausage. Needless to say…. It was spectacular. I will be driving to Ace Hardware in New Albany to get another. Best Bar B Q in the 614.“
“Drinks here are niiice and they keep the bathroom clean which is definitely a PLUS!! Only downfall is they need to tighten up the patio area. The seats/stools are all broken. It would be nice if they sold food daily also.Cool spot otherwise.“

“I think if I just ate the pork ribs, I would have rated the food a 5. They were fall off the bone good, and today they only cost $2 per bone. The brisket was ok. Not bad, just not great. They don't have a soda fountain, which is different, but they have a selection of bottled drinks. 3 sauces to choose from, which was nice.“
