“Me and my husband were looking for a mom and pop spot for some great bbq, and we stumbled across this place. All I can say...this is a hidden gem. This guy knows bbq. Great customer service, great food and great prices. I can't see anyone being disappointed, unless you are just a complainer. He has a drive thru, as well as sit in. The place is small but the food is excellent! Much success to you Martiny! We will be back!“

“Brought my whole family here thought to try something new. Was greeted on entry by the manager. He was very friendly and super helpful. Restaurant was clean and had a good atmosphere. The Brisket sandwich was great. My kids got the ribs and those were awesome as well. Would definitely recommend.“

“If you like BBQ just skip this review and go there. However dont expext an inside sit down place.... it isnt a dine in restaurant. Its a cute shack you walk up/drive up to and order from. No inside tables. They have created a grassy park area with five tables, so you can eat there... but we always carry away and eat at home. They have brisket, pulled pork, chopped pork, smoked sausage links, and jerk chicken sandwiches, cauliflower burnt ends, ribs and wings on sat/sun. They have lots of sides and the best cole slaw! Oh there is something else....Im forgetting something. There is one more thing... oh RayRays brownie. Yum. We placed a take out order and live about 15 min away. Smelling it for 15 minutes made me sooooo hungry I completely forgot to take pictures. Nom nom nom. Sorry. We ordered a brisket sammy and a jerk sammy. Both had SO MUCH meat. Tasted great. Worth the price. Worth the trip. The jerk sandwich is made with chicken thighs. They stack two on top of each other. Its a LOT of meat and it is seasoned so nicely. The bun--I have t seen any like it in the local markets. In think its an onion bun. They must get a baker to make them. It adds to the sandwich. Good choice RayRay! Oh and RayRays gave me a pup cup full of brisket for my doggo who sat outside sniffing all the smells. Thank you so, thoughtful. Loki the tiny dog says it was delicious. “My friend and I traveled from Mansfield, Ohio to go the Titanic The Artifact Exhibition and we stopped to try the New BBQ Pastrami and we were both impressed. Clint, Kyle, and the entire Hoggy’s team are very friendly. I highly recommend going to Hoggy’s if you haven’t. We will definitely be back next time we are in Columbus.“

“Love their spam masubi and boba tea. Last few times they haven't had boba and subbed for jellies which isn't my favorite, but the tea is still very good. Have had a few things on the menu and liked everything I have tried.Parking: It's on a strip mall so there is limited parking.“

“I find it super popular whenever i’ve went. The wait can be a bit long depending on when you go, but it’s definitely worth it. The servers are amazing and super friendly. Fast service as well! the food here is great and it’s amazing for the price! I’ve done both the Bbq and hotpot, and i definitely recommend it! been here twice and will definitely be coming again!“

“The Barn is a different Cameron Mitchell restaurant. The food overall is excellent. A couple of the side dishes were a little over salted. The service was great. However, I would suggest if making a reservation o the weekend opt to ask for dining room area rather than bar area. The energy is nice, but it was so loud, couldn't hear the person across the table . Even the waiter had to raise his voice to be heard by all the people in our party of 6. The steaks were excellent, cooked perfectly and the pork chop ordered by my son was absolutely delicious per him. A really nice piece of meat.“

“In search of the best bbq in Columbus, stopped by Hanks BBQ in Clintonville at Crestview and North High Street. First, I had to laugh because Hank's is in the old Pizza Hut building that I used to hang out in high school. So much better decor inside but it was the first time I had been in there in many years. Ordered the three meat plate of beef brisket, bbq ribs, and pulled pork with Cole slaw and potato salad on the side. The brisket and pulled pork were heaven. Brisket was moist and juicy with a nice crust. Pulled pork was a wonderful taste especially with the bbq sauce. The ribs were meaty but the seasoning was just ok for me. Cole slaw and potato salad were ok. Would have liked a bit more kick to them. All in all, I loved the meats. I really wanted to try the 1/2 bbq chicken but they were out. Bbq chicken is one of my test meats when I try someone's bbq.“

“French onion soup was very nice, highly recommended.Service was very good last visit.Seasoned perfectly cooked (medium rare) across two visits and four steaks. Also, these are gluten free.The salad was nice as was the sweet potatoes.This is a Coke place.Tables seem tight for a wheel chair if you need to get through to the back.Very pleased, will certainly be back with my gluten free family.Dietary restrictions: Three celiac (gluten free) people in my family. “Dinner with our Cali family, decided to give Barrel & Boar a try. The restaurant is set in a very nice location. We actually went during prom season. Lots of beautifully dressed teens taking pics near the fountain feature. Pretty cool ambiance for the restaurant and service was okay. The food for the most part was great, special shoutout to the cauliflower soup! The greens were a bit too sweet for everyone's taste. One note to our waitress: NEVER reheat a customer's coffee, brew a new pot!“

“I loved bb.q Chicken Columbus! This was my first experience with Korean fried chicken. The chicken was covered in thin crispy batter bubbles that shattered in your mouth. The chicken was not only juicy, but the sauces that coat each piece elevate the explosion of flavor. We ordered the cheeseling, Gangnam and honey garlic chicken with a side of tteokbokki. The cheeseling was the most unique chicken flavor I've ever had. The chicken was covered in a cheesey dust, a coating so heavy that you have to be careful about inhaling too close to the wing. It took me a second to appreciate the flavor because it was so unique, but I feel in love quickly. In addition to the cheeseling chicken, I loved the tteokbokki. The consistency of the sauce was so velvety, it was almost like gravy. Even though it was spicy, it was rich in flavor that was sweet and tangy.“

“Ok ok ok. I loved the food here. It was fresh, Delicious. The type of kim chi they serve was right up my alley. As Korean BBQ goes, it was clean, fast, and Delicious. Yes! We ordered from the menu, too. We got the pork platter, kim chi pancake, and a few menu items. The stranger egg was pretty common, but really, the rest was Delicious. My mouth is watering. I'd go back, even through we cooked half the meal ourselves ?. The service kinda got lost at the end of the meal, but were friendly when flagged down.
