The lamb ragu with pappardelle reminded me of Tuscany. The wine pairings were thoughtful and well done. Seating is very limited. Recommend booking in advance.“

“Literally- AMAZING!!For my husband‘s birthday, I made a little mini pizza tour of New York style pizza shops here in Columbus. He’s from upstate New York, and pizza just isn’t the same around here… Until we found this gem. Incredible food, amazing staff & we cannot wait to come back! You have to try the cannoli it’s Scrumptious and the pizza is just about as close to New York as you can get without being there!!Everything we tried was amazing.And to top the experience off when the staff heard of what we were doing, they even brought out something additional for us to samples just so we could get a good taste of quality pizza. That’s what local shops are all about and we just loved it.!!!!“

“Look no further than Vittoria for an elevated Italian dining experience in the heart of Powell. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is on top of their game. I went for a celebration with a reservation and was seated immediately. The owner greeted us after the meal was completed, which was thoughtful. Portion sizes are very generous and appropriately priced for the quality. The food is just slightly not on par with the atmosphere and service, but obviously fresh and prepared to order. Pictured is a variety of veal and chicken entrees, including: veal parmesan, chicken marsala, chicken rosa, veal piccata, watermelon mozzarella salad, and a blackberry margarita. My dish, chicken marsala, had chicken that was overcooked, but I cannot complain too much about that.“

“The four of us were out again! The caesar salads was fresh and crispy. The Jambalaya was perfect, just the right amount of spicy and heat. Our hamburger and fries person was very satisfied. (Someday we will get them to branch out, but not that day.) There was moaning while eating the chicken etouffee, so I think they were satisfied. The need for Etouffee was the reason for the visit. The last diner had salad, soup, and Gumbo. They saved some of the warm bread to get every drop on the bowl.“

“Lola and Giuseppe is one my all time favorite restaurants in Columbus. The food is truly incredible. I had it for the first time and I was left speechless. I had the Giuseppe sampler and bread pudding. If you’re gonna get takeout you have to do it online, not over the phone and you MUST make a reservation for dining. This truly was an incredible experience and I can’t wait to come back over and over and over again.“

“This place is very nice inside. They have a good gluten free selection. The waiter gave me a whole pitcher of tea, that was nice. The atmosphere was kind of like being in Italy and it was very clean and fancy. They definitely gave great service. It seems like a good place for a date or family time. They made me a gluten free pizza and free GF bread.Dietary restrictions: They have a pretty extensive gluten free menu that is clearly marked on the main menu, a plus for me.“

“New to this area from California. Loved the gyro here. Such a treat to find a casual Greek-Italian place. A rarity to find similar fare like this n SoCal. And the places that do have gyros back there pale in comparison. Can't wait to try the other items like the pasta and salads. Not to mention the prices and friendly service and lower sales tax. “Best dinning experience we’ve had in years! The staff were very friendly, and the food was out of this world amazing! My partner and I ordered the calamari as a starter, I ordered the spaghetti meatballs and sausage, he ordered the Alla vodka pizza for our entrees, and then we finished with the lemon blueberry bread for dessert.There wasn’t one thing I didn’t like about Toni’s Trattoria! The service was very quick. We didn’t have to wait long for our food. Everything tasted amazing! This is our new favorite Italian spot and we will be regulars.“

“They item I wanted wasn't on menu, and I described it to the server and they said it was whatever I mentioned, so ordered it. When it came out, It wasn't even close to what I described, very disappointed. Not sure if the server was really listening to what I said, or if they just had the name of the dish incorrect in their mind. I would think that the server would have realized the dish wasn't right when it was plated. Everything else was great, but the wrong dish placed a gloom over the entire evening.“

“Finally tried Valentina's for the first time for our anniversary today and we were blown away. The service and food were top notch. We had the bread (of course), arancini appetizer, swordfish entree, butternut squash ravioli and the classic affogato. We also took the EVOO cake to go and it was divine. Best meal we've had in a long time. Everything was so fresh, flavorful and cooked to perfection. Special shout out to our server, Ryan- she was just amazing!“

“This location has severely gone down hill. I'm leaving 5 stars because it's important for the business to get positive reviews, but my experience was less than stellar. The short north location is significantly better. Our waiter was amazing, and the service was wonderful, but stellar service does not make up for poor food. The Burrata is what we always share together, and this time the tomatoes tasted like a bitter salsa. The meatball in my pasta was undercooked so much that it just mashed into a bolus of meat slurry, and my wife got the ravioli mezzaluna that was a salty mess with the texture of mashed potatoes. Please do better, we love this restaurant and we want to go here, but we won't be back to this location until the food improves. Bradley was our waiter, and he was amazing, and the drinks were great.“

“Great start to our vacation with a stop at a favorite. I tried the salmon and my wife had the scallops. The lobster broth with the salmon was some of the best fish I've had. I've been coming to Martinis for years and have never tried it and now I'm glad I have something else in the rotation!“

“I can't stop thinking about this place!! Everything was beyond incredible.... But that pasta..... A homemade pasta and pasta sauce is to literally die for!!! I also really appreciate how we ordered a pizza there and we didn't want mushrooms so we took them off and our waiter took some money off our pizza price to correspond with us removing a topping. I have never had a place do that for us but that's really smart and kind of them, so thank you for whoever came up with that clever idea. “We got carryout from Gallo’s on High last weekend and were SO happy with our meals. We split an appetizer that was on special that was flavorful and unique, my husband got the scallops and risotto - it was a generous size and delicious, and I got the black and bleu salad special, very good as well. Can’t wait until we’re ready to eat at restaurants again, this will be our first stop (my husband picked up our food and said the dining room was beautiful, everyone very nice, and had a great atmosphere). “We love this place. Food is always great, the crew takes great care of us, and the vibes are excellent. I usually get the gyro which is excellent, but this time I got the grouper gyro which was surprisingly also excellent! Keep in mind this is not a restaurant with servers, you walk up and order and they bring the food out to you. Not quite full service, but sometimes that's a little better than waiting for your server ? they do have a nice bar as well. And in the summer they crank open all the windows and it's like you're right out on State Street.“

“We drove here from Knox County on the suggestion of a friend and boy we were not disappointed. The wait staff was friendly and the waiter knew the menu front and back. The food was phenomenal! I had the lasagna—one layer of Alfredo, layers of ricotta, braised pork, and the red sauce was perfection. My husband and daughter had the lobster ravioli with Langoustines. The cannoli was fresh and crispy, the triple chocolate dessert was sinful. We will be returning very soon. You must try this place!!“

“If you live close to this place and haven't tried it, shame on you!! We were looking for pizza and pasta for lunch from somewhere we had never been before. That is always a little scary!! We fortunately picked Pasquales. We ordered the garlic knots. They are Huge, Crispy where they need to be and chewy not doughy. And so cheap!! We decided to try the Meat Lovers Pizza and the Penne and Meatball too. Neither dish disappointed. The crust is so thin and crispy but not burnt at all and the amount of toppings was very generous. We have a lot of leftovers to take home. We both decided we would make the 45 min drive to eat here again and again. The server Makayla (sp?) was very friendly and the speed of service was Great!! Then there is the dessert case. We brought home a cannoli, a cream puff , a cinnamon roll and the peanut butter cookie sandwich with chocolate. So excited to try them too!“

“Pros: - Fast and good service - they even packed up my extras for me at the end - Loved the chewiness of the handmade pasta. - Portions are HUGE (definitely recommend sharing--entrees come with a salad or soup, and they will split everything into separate bowls/plates for you if you tell them you are sharing with someone. Even splitting, the portions were sizable!) - Veal meatballs were so tender and flavorful, the tomato sauce was so good we were mopping it up with the bread that came with the meal - The herb butter that comes with the bread was amazing - The side salad was surprisingly good Cons: - Some things were too salty for my taste, like the Italian wedding soup and the sausage - The chicken Moretti was highly praised but did not quite live up to my expectations--the chicken was tender, but a little lacking in flavor. The mushroom in it was quite good though. Overall, not a bad place to go with your family for a quick casual meal if you love pasta. Definitely would get the veal meatball again and get the side salad over the soup next time.“

“100% the best pizza I have ever had! One bite in and I knew it was time to leave a review. I got the homemade sausage and jalapeños and there's no way I'm gonna be able to eat more than half a medium by myself. The sausage is best Ive ever had and I can tell this is a family recipe from wayyyy back when. The staff was very nice and understanding as my Venmo was acting up as i paid. They helped me resolve it and I'll surely be back as soon as I'm in town! Thank you Dante's for such a delicious pizza and customer service the big name brands could never provide!“

“Instead of a Yes or No recommendation, we should have a third option: Maybe. The food was decent (I had gnocchi in meat sauce) and the seating was pleasant, clean and welcoming. My main complaint was the wedding soup. I’m guessing whoever makes it there has never had or seen authentic wedding soup. I realize it’s possible to make soup that differs from what one is accustomed to. But to charge over $7 for a bowl of broth, a few tiny meatballs and a handful of tiny pasta is a crime.“

“It was my daughter’s birthday, so my son decided to take us here. At first we thought they were closed, but it was close to 5pm & there just weren’t any cars in the parking lot. We walked in & there was absolutely nobody inside seated either. We were the only ones there to actually eat. It was definitely quiet. It felt a little strange I will say.Needless to say, the food didn’t take any time to get it to us & they were very on top of our drinks. I didn’t drink mine though bc the glass just didn’t look clean to me.We ordered an appetizer of some sort of bread tower that unfortunately didn’t look cooked & some mozzarella sticks that were limp & nothing special. They brought us out salads and that were alright but really looked like they had been just thrown together. Our dinner arrived & I was really bummed out bc my steak was supposed to be medium well & instead it was very well done & pretty hard to cut & chew. Plus, the veggies were covered with all this strange stuff & were spicy. Their sauce is just too spicy for me too. But I’m pretty sure that’s how real Italian sauce tastes so I can’t really complain.All 3 of us had sodas & nothing special to drink. No dessert or anything else. The bill came & I just couldn’t believe that this dinner was going to cost over $130 + tip. I guess I was expecting much better food & a much better atmosphere really. But really, for that price I would’ve been happy with just having better food. Oh & a clean glass.“

Our bartender was hopping busy but she took great care of us-she had dark hair with one braid. And all the staff were very attentive!“

“Minelli's is a Westside icon. The one on Sullivant Ave closed a few years back, but the owner still makes the wonderful homemade noodles for the Wilson Road Minelli's. Yes, the decor could be updated, and the plastic tableclothes replaced before the red checkers totally disappear, but you can't beat the food. From subs to hamburgers, lasagna to pizza...and even fish, it's all tasty. It's best to go for lunch, though, where the waitress is superb. She can waitress solo for a full house and still have the drinks and food out quickly. Actually, I'm amazed at her talent. Evenings are hit and miss for dine in, and it's likely that service will be slow.“

Our server so very kind and knowledgeable and we left (beyond) full and happy with our choice to dine here. We will be back! Also they do have some parking behind the building which is nice for this part of town.“

“The food is great - we’ve tried most of their pizzas and the antipasti salad is to die for. Unfortunately I can’t speak as highly about the staff. On several occasions, usually on Sundays when they close at 7, I’ve gotten my food close to 7 but NEVER after 7. I’ve placed orders for pick-up at 6:45 and if I wasn’t there at 6:45 on the dot I’ve been called being harassed to get my food because they close at 7. Today I went in at 6:50 and they had already put everything away, taken out the trash, and sanitized everything and gave me lip about wanting to place my order (1 pizza and 1 salad). They proceeded to loudly complain to each other while making my order. Closing at 7 means you stop taking customers at 7 - not that staff gets to walk out the door and lock it behind them at 7.“

“Had a good experience today at the Lane Avenue Piada. All the employees were super nice. It is unfortunate they cannot accept tips though. I thought the card reader would ask for a tip, it didnt. I tried to give cash and was told they could not accept tips. Sad, because they deserve it! As a server I live on tips and want to reward great customer service which they gave with tips! But I figured I'd give them a shout out ! I was there between 2 -3 pm . Unfortunately did not ask anyone's name but multiple employees were very helpful and polite with great attitudes!“

“I've reviewed several Dicarlos outside the Valley. Most people from there say Elm Grove and Wellsburg are the gold standard for Dicarlos locations, and I agree.This pizza from the Columbus location is just as good, especially for one outside the Valley. All of them have been good, but Columbus is perfection.It's tough to get parking nearby, so plan for that. But if you love Dicarlos, the Columbus location will satisfy. I live 2 hours away and will go back.“
