This is a small family owned business, Abu Muhammad and his family have been offering excellent authentic Palestinian cuisine since they first opened and probably the only one of its kind locally. My favorite dish by far is Chicken Shawarma whether as a chicken Arabi, wrap or plate form, it is special to the Gaza region, he prepares it from scratch and it is delicious, if you have time I would recommend his Kebabs they are excellent and made to orders so freshness is guaranteed, his prices are very reasonable for the generous portions he offers, their service is fast and offer great customer service. “There is no place that compares to Chang's. The food is totally up to you. You select everything you want from the meat, to the starch, to the veggies and even if you want pineapple. Then select from an enormous number of sauces for your flavoring, hand the bowls to the chef and let him do the cooking. When it's all cooked, he piles it on a plate and you can add even more stuff. Take it back to your table and you can have a hot cup of hot and sour or egg flower soup waiting for you. Also, don't forget to get an order of special pancakes and their special sauce. Enjoy all of this with your favorite soft drink or beer and you will come back over and over.“

Also, highly recommend the Gari puff for appetizer - delicious, different, and nice for a few bites, won't take away from your meal. All the classic curry and noodle dishes look fresh, and delicious.
