The new (ish) owners have redecorated this small restaurant and it's super comfortable. They have improved the food greatly. The Singha beer is nice and cold and the fried rice is fiery hot, if you like it that way. The prices are very reasonable and the service typically Thai gracious. Support your local Thai restaurant and go there, go often, you won't regret it!!
I almost hesitate to write this because, selfishly, I don't want the place to get so popular that I can't get a table. It's that good. The service was fantastic! Just the right amount of checking in, refilling drinks, etc. Friendly and efficient. Very quick service and oh man - the appetizers were some of the freshest and juiciest I've had in a very long time. We just came for the soup, which also did not disappoint! What a gem and totally worth the drive from NoPo.

We've tried several Thai food restaurants in Lake Oswego, and hands down Adisaya is amongst our top two favorites, with Thai Basil. It's our go-to since it's closer to us, but it's honestly very good. You can even request for vegan versions of their dishes and it's fantastic. The food isn't pre-made, it's made to order. Many Thai restaurants will exclude the sauces when ordering it vegan, but not here.
