Considering the choices we have in downtown Lake Oswego, Baird's is not a bad option. The food is pretty good, nothing super memorable or special but it's reliable and there is something for everyone, the service is great, the staff are friendly and the little balcony is a lovely spot to sit and have dinner and drinks.
We recently dined for our Wedding Anniversary. I tasked my husband with selecting a spot we'd never been with great food and a casual atmosphere. While he would've happily taken me to an upscale establishment, we simply wanted to celebrate in a laid back way. He made reservations to sit in the bar and they were very accommodating. We had patronized this restaurant before for Mother's Day dinner, and chose them for our Vallentine's dinner together this year. We were quickly seated near a window. We first got an appetizer of roasted cauliflower with cheddar cheese and bacon. It was really good. I ordered the shrimp scampi and she had a seafood dish called Cioppino. We have yet to be disappointed. Very nice staff and good food.
