“We love getting Frog Thai as a quick and delicious take out option. The prices are good and the servings are always heavy. I haven’t found an item on the menu I haven’t liked. The people are always friendly and I’m happy to support this establishment.“

“I've heard so much about this ice cream, so I'm glad I finally got to try it.I really appreciate that they let you do half scoops so I could try more flavors. My husband and I split a double scoop waffle cone with:- Passionfruit Yuzu Mochi Donuts & Whey Curd- Pear & Blue Cheese- Arbequina Olive Oil- Strawberry Honey Balsamic with Black PepperFirst off, this is the only place I have been with waffle cones as good as Jeni's, which was a pleasant surprise.Weird flavors are right up my alley, so I was in heaven. The strawberry balsamic was hands down my favorite because the flavor was so intense. The passion fruit one would be my second choice.I would happily come back, but there are many other places I want to try while we're in Portland too. “Love it. I get the V1 or pho at least a couple times a month. Tempura ? shrimp perfectly fried. Light, crispy, not greasy. This family-run restaurant is the best place to dine East of 82nd on Sandy. Clean, pretty, beautifully decorated. Order online food ready within 15 minutes. Great service and welcoming, unlike many other Vietnamese restaurants around town.“

“What a gem of a coffee shop!! We are so glad we tucked in for a cup of coffee. The coffee is delicious and the latte art is so cute. The desserts were the perfect sweet treat for a rainy Saturday afternoon. The shop carries so many darling items, many are perfect for cat lovers. We will definitely be back!!“

“First time eating Sri Lankan, and I think it is my favorite. Helps that I had a Sri Lankan friend with me to order and everything was delicious. Flavors that made my mouth happy. Spicy but not too much. We had two different types of roti, string hoppers, dishes with eggplant, chicken, jackfruit, and pop sambol. Flavors were out of this world. The cardamom flan for dessert was yummy and the Sri Lankan Iced Coffee was so good. Can’t wait to return“

“2nd time in. First off.... GREAT service from Angel. They were extra friendly, helpful and attentive!! 5 star service!! My wife and I each had Americanos, which tasted great. We tried a two flavor cannoli (which Angel filled and brought out to our table). Pistachio at one end and Almond at the other. Yummy!! The Chocolate dipped Amaretti was flavorful and chewy.... again, yummy (bought several to take home). We also liked the sesame cookie, which was a bit like a Shortbread cookie. Now with coffee punch card in hand, we will be back more often.“

“One of my favorite Portland restaurants! The team is so kind and the food is unique and delicious. Drinks are excellent too. The regular menu is great and they always have something interesting on special. There aren’t tons of vegetarian and vegan options, but enough that me and whoever is dining with me are always happy. :)“

“True speakeasy! Hidden below a store front, stairs take you down into a sleek, sophisticated and welcoming cocktail cave. Mocktails are FANTASTIC!! Well crafted, and not just "juice" minus the alcohol. Most mixers, and all the food is made in house. Owner and his mom are behind the menu. House made truffle chips are a must, perfect pairing with any beverage. Interested seating areas, creative use of space.“

“I have becoming here for years, and the customer service and food have always been excellent. I used to be regular when I lived in Portland, but now I live on the East Coast and only make it in 1-2 times a year. One of those rare visits was this morning, and amazingly Karter still remembered my usual order (gluten free turkey sausage biscuit sandwich), and took the time to acknowledge me and say hi. Wonderful local business run by a lovely family! Also some of the best gluten-free breakfast sandwiches around!“

“Petunias is the only cake we will drive 3 hours for and return back in a day. Their gluten free desserts - especially their celebration cake - are amazing, you literally wouldn’t know it doesn’t have gluten or dairy except that you feel amazing after you eat their delicacies. I also recommend the rose hip lemonade and can't wait to try their ginger beer. “The food was wonderful! I wanted to get most of the menu but restrained myself and was so happy with the fried oysters and the empanada sampler. I also got to try bites of several other dishes from everyone else's plates and was impressed across the board. Even more outstanding though was the service. Amber was fantastic with our group's many dietary needs, going so far as to make SURE that the gf beer in the fish taco batter was also wheat free. She was such a gem and made the great meal even better.The only thing I would change is that the space is a bit echo-y and could use some sound absorption barriers (but also our group was certainly not improving the acoustics with our chatter). “Excellent food and cocktails. Relaxed ambience. Plenty of seating indoors and out. The back patio is shady and fairly large. It's lovely, although be advised that sometimes it's a bit smoky from the grill/smoker. Dogs not allowed on back patio, only at sidewalk tables.“

Super cool old converted house, the window bench was cozy and warm, the burger with aged cheddar had just the right bite and some crunchy char on the cheese.“

“A lovely neighborhood coffee shop. The people working here are always friendly, efficient, and helpful. I usually brew my own coffee, but will swing by for some breakfast items sometimes. The food has been consistently delicious. The scramble box I got today was cooked perfectly, the lox box is great, the Multnomah sandwich is a favorite. I'm grateful they expanded their kitchen hours and just to have this lovely business in this neighborhood.“
