Ordered my food in app 10 minutes before going to drive through. Notice there are about 5 or 6 cars ahead of me waited literally 45 minutes in line for my food. I had in app free ice cream never received it at all saying in the order they didn't see it, but I saw it on my app saying that I ordered it with it. Argued with this lady and she told be to get out or they'll call somebody on me. Don't know her name but is this bigger size lady said that others had waited longer than me as an excuse. I opened the bag and the burgers were already cold. I would highly "NOT" recommend this Burger King because of bad attitude, unprofessionalism, and are not timely mannered.
