Casa Italia Reviews
The lasagna was soupy and lacked flavor but a melted plastic zip tie really rounded out the dish nicely. First thought it was dried pasta but it was in fact a MELTED PLASTIC ZIP TIE. If it wasn’t my mother’s birthday I would’ve lost it. Discretely let the manager know and he brushed it aside as if it was a common problem. The rest of my family let me try their dishes when I told them and the food they were served was mediocre at best. All around sloppy operation.
Incredible food, funny and personable hosts. Our new favorite restaurant!

They have a host named Tony that is a complete misogynist and the owner doesn’t care. He sexually harassed my party of 4 women through out our entire meal- kept interrupting our conversations and inappropriately touching members of my party. He even went so far as to follow one of the members of our party to the bathroom and wait outside the bathroom and follow her back to the table, asking her if she had a boyfriend. Also served her alcohol without her ordering it or carding her. I went back and spoke with the owner. I asked if he was going to get rid of that employee and he got very rude with me and told me that nobody tells him how to run his business. And he also related that this is not the first complaint he has received about this employee being inappropriate. But since he’s Italian, it’s apparently important to keep him there ??? There are plenty of Italian restaurants where the owners are accountable and have zero tolerance sexual harassment policies. Frequent them instead. Do. Not. Give. This. Place. Your. Money. I gave the owner the opportunity to do the right thing, and to fire this employee and apologize to the members of my party. He chose to retain the employee and tell me I am complicating things as a “woman does”. Do not patronize this business. If he changes his position- I will amend this review- but I don’t think he will..
