For some reason this Jersey Mike's always turns off online orders really early...over 1-2 hours before they close. Trying to order so I can pick up some dinner on my way home from working all day and always have issues. Glad they put in a new one on Cedar Hills...we will just go there from now on.

Awful customer service. Went in there yesterday afternoon, both of us wearing masks (my husband below his nose). We were NOT greeted and weren’t acknowledged for quite some time. Only 1 other person in there already at the register. 3 employees behind the counter. Finally, the girl (after whispering about us to the manager and the manager encouraging her to say something) says to my husband with a demeaning tone and eye roll, “will you pull your mask over your nose” to which I replied “a please would have been nice”. My husband, no longer wanting to eat there but to take our business to a locally owned sandwich shop instead said to me, “I don’t want to eat here. Let’s go somewhere else” As we were walking out the door the manager THEN told us to “leave and to not ever come back. I won’t accept you talking about my employees” I told him, “I didn’t say anything about her, but pointed out that she could have said please.” His response was to shrug and continue to tell us to leave as we were walking out. Disgraceful that employees here can’t manage to treat their patrons with basic human decency, respect and kindness. A simple, “Welcome to Jersey Mikes. Can you please pull up your mask and we’ll get started on your order.” Would have had a completely different outcome. Some additional training or choosing to hire employees with basic customer skills might be a plus.
