It was truly an amazing experience. Everything was delicious. The staff was awesome. Everyone was friendly. Every dish was better than the last. The twice cooked pork, amazing. The PLAINTAIN BRIOCHE BUNS, delicious and full of flavor. Wish we'd had two servings. The peanut, creamed greens are full of subtle flavor that builds and builds. The smoked ribs ranked among the best grilled beef I've ever had. The BLANCMANGE, with coconut custard, might be the best thing we had. It's a rare experience where we talked about what we want to try next time as we were driving home. Both of us are looking forward to going back again! Oh, and their drinks are amazing as well. Their Hearthfire was filled with flavor and heat! Delicious!
