First of all, this is not a typical dining experience. They are working very hard to provide a creative, upscale, and authentic Thai food experience that is on another level from what you can get on a regular basis. 5 stars all around! The amount of love, identity, thought and detail that go into curating the dining experience that is Langbaan, is a unique and very special gastronomic adventure. From the Kanin Krak (scallop), Tom Prape (salmon), Gang Pai (brisket in cha om leaf curry) to the Rice Khao Lam (sticky rice pudding + fixins), your tastebuds are in for a treat that takes dining to an entire new level, another world and culture of flavor! Best tasting menu in Portland. Had all of them and this is always the best / most consistent. Love the menu changes and love all the bites here. Their sister restaurants are all fantastic too including Phuket which shares this space!
