We ordered our food and the lady said it'd be about 30-40 minutes. It was busy so I understood. However we waited for about an hour and a half. We finally asked about our order to a lady bussing tables. She said you're the one we have been looking for for 30 minutes. I don't know what they thought looking for the person meant but not a SINGLE person came up and asked us if we were waiting for our food. Apparently the lady who took our order did not assign us a number. When the lady came and finally gave us our food, she said let them know if it was cold and they would remake it. My husband told them we actually had to eat our food quickly and go as we had to pick up our son from a birthday party. She left and no one came and talked to us again. My hamburger was cold. The rest of the food was warm but nothing was actually hot. We had to eat quickly and could not really enjoy it. We paid (and tipped) for our food before we got it. The result was awful.
