6/5 stars, beyond my expectations. My wife and I drove 50 minutes to try this new food truck in Portland after reading the OregonLive article about them. The food was phenomenal and have us craving for more. We ordered the Smash burger and fries, it was perfect in every way. The bun tasted homemade and super fresh, the patty was cooked perfectly and super flavorful, the homemade pickles were better than any pickles we’ve had from any restaurant, and the monster sauce was the best sauces I’ve had for a “special sauce” mixture (which I normally despise). The fries are cooked to perfection (my wife said she has never had a better fry in her life) and the garlic aioli was delicious. There was no big line, our food was served super quick and was super fresh. This food cart should be picking up business really quick so come get one of Portland’s best smash burgers while you can before the lines start forming.
