Mother's bistro is a wonderful place for brunch or lunch. I have never been there for dinner. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The menu is huge, and everything on it looks amazing. I love the Greek omelette, biscuits, and salads, and my friend said the chopped liver is amazing. The grapefruit Mimosa was delicious.
We showed up to Portland with a hungry track team of 40. We called Mother’s very last minute, and they were more than willing to accommodate us! We showed up and they had already set up seating for us, and were extremely efficient and kind with rounding up all of the orders. The food came out shockingly fast and was to die for. An absolute delight for brunch! I was in Portland for only a day and 2 people highly recommended this spot and it did not disappoint.They usually have a great list of specials.
