Authentic affordable gumbo with a kick. Got the vegan version to try and loved how much okra they put in there. Portion sizes are pretty large so even a 'small' bowl will fill you up. You can taste the flavor so well too and it'll warm you up on a cold day.
Outstanding food! The cook is wonderful and helpful about what is gluten free! The portion sizes are very large but you will not want your stop eating them!We were certain we wanted to come here after the ear piercing. So, we had called the night before and found out most of their food is gluten free except the gumbo. My husband is gluten free so I had the Trinity gumbo. He had the red beans and rice. I have been to Louisiana and this gumbo is comparable to them! Tasty, fresh and full of flavor! Wished i was closer to get this more often. The location is great. There is alcohol, indoor or outdoor seating and friendly people!
