It is easy to understand why the rating for the restaurant is 4 1/2 stars. My daughter and I finally made it to Otto and Anita's on Saturday and what a great experience it was. We made the reservation with Lisa, who is Otto and Anita's daughter, and she was so nice and engaging on the phone. Our server was Matt, and he was excellent. Gosh, these folks know how to bake AND cook. If they could sing and/or dance, they would be a triple-threat! And two nicer people you'll never meet. But that's a bonus--their real talent is in the kitchen because what they make is magic. Like, really magic... I would so adopt them if I could! Absolutely delicious food, true European ambiance, and old world hospitality. Closest thing to Germany I've experienced outside of Germany. The Chicken Schnitzl was exquisite, the Dill Pickle Soup to die for, and the potato salad was the best I've ever had, all for surprisingly reasonable prices. So impressed by this place and will put it on our restaurant rotation.
