The best Happy Hour left in Portland! With a rotating $6 Cocktail of the Day that's always delicious, the menu here is tasty and priced very well! The staff are efficient and attentive.
Was craving burgers and my boyfriend had been coming here for years. This place did not disappoint. It's connected to another restaurant. They had a variety of items on the menu, but my craving was a burger. I did the lettuce wrap elk burger and it was delicious! Meat was cooked to perfection. We ordered a lot of dishes. FYI:The other side of The Observatory. While The Observatory has a hip bistro feel to it, Over and Out has a hip yet chill sports vibe with a pool table and a few TVs.
