I love Shanghai Tunnel Bar, mostly for its bartenders/staff, food, and atmosphere. I've never had a bad experience here yet, and will be coming back for a long time to come. If you're looking for a cozy dive bar in downtown Portland, I couldn't recommend this place enough!
