This is our second time visiting this bakery store. We stop by here even though we are from out of town and out of our way because they make the best bread with ube. We met the owner, he is super nice and vey accomodating. We wanted mango ensamada and he was able to get hus staff to make it for us. They make their own ube halaya too and was blessed to try it. Best mochi I’ve had in Oregon. Fluffy chewy and gooey on the inside, crusty buttery and crunchy on the top. Outstanding.Good ube buns too I got at the end of day and still soft and fluffy.
