Overall i like this place the food is great but when I went here this time was different the person serving us was very impatient and rude when i was talking with my dad she kept interrupting me when i was trying to figure out who was going to order
They were well staffed but it was lunch rush and they were really busy, they still knocked it out of the park with excellent service today 9-1-2023!! Customer service could not have been better, I was greeted the min. I walked in, I was told they would be with me shortly, I could see that they were working on drive up and delivery pick up orders, they started my order within 3 min which was super fast considering it was lunch rush! Some of their employees are fantastic, others make you feel like you stepped on a den of rattlesnakes... today it was rattlesnakes. Cold, unfriendly, and disinterested. 1/22/24 11:55
