The Observatory Reviews
Have loved the observatory for many years. The cheese platter and fry bread never disappoint!
Wonderful bar in the back to grab some cocktails and enjoy an evening out.
This is a great first date place. The food presentation was outstanding. However, we felt it was a little blan. They use RC soda products here, which are flat at the bar but have carbonation if gotten from the back. Amazing happy hour!
Kid-friendliness: Not great for kiddos.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair accessibility tables.
This place is cool. The atmosphere is laid back. Regina was a great waitress. I had the Elk Burger...it was great. Got it with a Tomato Bisque soup. It was very good. Great place for lunch. Oh! Take a look at the artwork down the hall to the bathroom. Some fun paintings.

The Observatory is a fantastic restaurant known for its amazing food and drinks. Customers enjoy the andouille mac & cheese, four horsemen chili sauce, and butter baked eggs. The New York steak meal is particularly popular, and the menu changes every 6 months. There is also a fun cocktail menu, with the lavender lemon drop being a standout. The atmosphere is laid back, featuring rotating local art on the walls, and the staff is cheerful and attentive. Guests appreciate the wonderful bar in the back for cocktails and enjoy the artwork throughout the space. This place is recommended for delicious meals and great service, although it may not be ideal for kids. There is plenty of wheelchair accessibility, making it accommodating for all.
