“For my daughter’s wedding we were looking for a wood fired pizza truck. The ones we loved weren’t available and we booked Red Stone Pizza Truck sight unseen. I ran into them later at a food truck festival, introduced myself, and they gave me pizza to try—it was amazing and I breathed a sigh of relief that we chose wisely. Fast forward to June 17, day of wedding, and I was nervous—would people have to wait too long for pizza, did we choose types people would enjoy? Would the bacon wrapped scallops be a hit or miss (you know how that goes). Happy to say that everything was a hit! Jessica was easy to work with and the team there that day was wonderful! No one ever had to wait for pizza, they served it up and had another hot one ready to go. Everyone was so nice and customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced! “If I ever am dying, their Chicken over rice would be the last thing I would eat. I’ve got no words to express how godly their food is.We were visiting Philly and a we were told to go here for lunch. We really did not wait for long (~15mins) considering that we went super early, at around 12pm. I’m not even joking when I say this but my friend opened the food box while I was driving, and it was so appetizing that I literally parked the car next second and had the food. Holy moly, the food was amazing!!!The rice was fluffy and quite flavorful. The chicken was soft and juicy (although I wish it were a little spicy). And the white sauce was a cherry in the top, just making things better. The red sauce added a hint of spiciness making the flavor complete.In addition to their chicken over rice, I’ve also had their chicken gyro and it was (not surprisingly) quite delicious. “The truck is 40 minutes from me so I got there at 3:00pm on the dot on Tuesday. The truck was not there. I checked their Instagram for maybe an update but there wasn't one. I sat and waited in the car. (Btw there's a free parking lot and plenty free street parking). They finally arrived at 3:15pm and setup at 3:20pm. People lined up so fast. They took the first 5 orders then made them. I didn't have my order taken until 3:45pm. The lady taking orders was kind and sweet. She made sure I knew what I ordered so there were no mix ups. I ordered the Chicken Birria tacos & cantaloupe juice. 3 tacos are $15 and 1 juice is $5. They only take cash so come prepared. I didn't see an ATM around. I finally received my order at 4:05pm. I didn't eat it until I got home. The tacos were still crunchy and flavorful! 3 tacos comes with consume sauce to dip, onions, 1 jalapeno pepper and a side of spicy sauce (IDK what it was). I would recommend that they premade maybe 10 or 20 sets of tacos that way they will get their line down quicker. I understand things happen so there's a lot of reasons why they may have been late to open. But, I have seen other complaints on their Instagram of them not being there on time. At least post letting customers know that you will be there later. Other than that I would definitely recommend anyone to try their tacos if you are in the area. But if you're further away like me and want to go to pick up lunch "real quick," it won't be real quick! You're better off finding Birria tacos at a Mexican truck near you. They provided Buffet Option #1 for us.Everyone there loved the food and it made the event that much more special for us. The main contact for Jerry’s, Scott, was super easy to work with. I settled on medium #28 (mango, pineapple, banana, spinach kale) and added hemp and chia seeds. Total was $7 and it was as perfection. Thick, creamy, well blended, without all of the added sugar. It's worth a stop if you're in the area and worth the drive if you're not!“

“I visited the truck during my lunch break to pick up lunch for me and my mother. We both got the chicken over rice with the salad. The man in the truck was very nice and personable. The person in front of me ordered six plates, and he served them promptly. When it was my turn order, he greeted me warmly and served the food fairly quickly. The food is delicious and the portions are great, the meal comes with a drink as well. it's a plentiful serving because I only ate half for dinner and had the other half the next day for lunch and it was just as delicious. I think overall, you can't beat the delectable taste with the price. 10/10“

There was too much for the two of us, so I dropped off one box with our friends. When I called the next day to ask my friend's girlfriend how it was, she responded, "I don't know, he inhaled it before I could try it." The chicken is marinated in a smoky cumin/coriander based masala which never fails to satisfy. I usually get chicken or chicken + lamb over rice.
