“A small but quality Chick-fil-A on The Citadel campus. This one is located within The Citadel Canteen building beside Mark Clark Hall. No, you do not have to be a cadet to go eat there as it is open to the public. The dining area is always clean, and the food always comes out great. They are usually busy serving cadets, but the line is always served quickly. Overall, it's a great little fast food restaurant.Parking: Free parking lot just behind the building.“
“A BIG THANK YOU to the James Island CFA! I placed a catering order online for 27 box lunches and bottled water for a group of students to have on their bus trip back to the Upstate after a conference in Charleston. My receipt says the cashier was "Shania," but I'm not sure if that was who our delivery driver was (so sorry I didn't get the name of the nice lady who delivered....hopefully it's the same person). The order was 100% accurate, ON TIME, DELICIOUS and delivered with courteousness and a smile!! I live in Greenville, SC and LOVE my CFA up here. This one down in Charleston did not disappoint!! THANK YOU CFA--James Island!!“
“The best thing about this location is that there's never a wait since it's inside a slow-paced mall. It's takeout or dine in inside the food court, no delivery. It's located next to the Sarku Japan. The food quality here is standard for Chick-fil-A and the service is fine. The only bad thing is that the hours are the same as the mall so it opens later and closes earlier than a regular Chick-fil-A.“
“Service seems to be 50/50. We got our drink order wrong twice and we got charged for the replacement drink as well. We didn’t feel like correcting it again especially after paying for 2 wrong drinks. My kid couldn’t finish the macaroni and cheese because the cheese was clumped up and hard. Other than that everything else was tasty and the perfect temperature.Kid-friendliness: Each high chair in the dining room looked clean and had a disposable placemat and wet wipe placed on it. It was the first time I’d seen it. I was impressed and wish more restaurants would do this“
“The food is fast and always hot and great the services is even faster. The atmosphere is pretty small so at times it can get busy especially during lunch time. There no seating in the building so you would have to patient wait standing up. Chick-fil-A is great location to go to downtown. Oh another things the menu isn't as big as the other location due to the college of Charleston. I wish they would expand their menu downtown but it's also understandable.“
“Unfortunately, we were traveling late and their was a mistake with our order. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and I was mistakenly charged for a 8pc. Refunded and charged for the wrap but when I left the store I realized that there was only an 8pc in the bag. Service was great as usual though.“
