After having dinner at another location we went up to the rooftop to enjoy a nightcap at their rooftop bar. It was quite a view getting out of the elevator and spotting their pool which looked much too easy to want to walk into it. By pure luck, there was a table available, which we pounced on. The food was excellent and the service was even better. My wife and I go to high end steak houses all the time and were very pleased with our apps, salads, meals and dessert. It was nice to find an old school steak house that still knows how to season and put a nice crust on a mid-rare steak. Wife's scallops were excellent as well. Have been to Grill 225 before with my wife. This time we brought our teen boys and the experience was wonderful. The service was top notch and he made my boys feel very welcomed and that they were just as part of the dining experience as anyone there. We will be back on our future visits to Charleston.
