“They have some signs of the "Miller High Life" on the wall, but they don't have any beer products at the restaurant. It's just interior decor as well as their name is Miller. I asked a bottle of the Miller light, but they don't have anything.?“

“Great restaurant! We had lunch here after walking around the park and rainbow row, conveniently located. The grilled salmon was absolutely delicious and the gazpacho was refreshing and tasty. The tacos were just okay, they were the best but they good for lunch. Mahi was the best, tuna is a seared tuna btw and the shrimp was just okay and fried. Landon, our server was on top of our waters and very nice. Great vibes and would come back!- Insta @ SpicyAivy“

“Absolutely delicious food. We started with the s'mores and carrot cake and were not disappointed. So rich and delicious. We moved on to the fried sweet potato skins, topped with an arugula salad blend. So well balanced and fresh. The main course was the tomato pie. Honestly the best meal I've ever had in Charleston! Highly recommend!“

“Wonderful meal prior to our show! I had the clams with house made linguine and the pasta, buttery seasoned sauce was delish. My husband had a lamb meal and it was excellent. My daughter had a small plate as her meal and her girlfriend had a Cesar salad! Drinks were phenomenal and so was the service. Our waiter was very attentive and we even got a visit from the Maitre d! We will definitely be back.“

“Had a spectacular lunch at another restaurant and went over the top with dinner at FIG. Arugula salad + ricotta gnocchi with lamb bolognese + desert of strawberry profiteroles with greek yogurt. Off-the-chart meal capped off an unbelievable food day in Charlestown. If I eat another meal this good in this city I may never leave Charlestown. Wow!“

“6/5! Visiting Charleston and had an amazing meal here, best of the trip. I ordered the oysters (to die for), scallops (pretty good) and Brussel sprouts (best of my life). My wife got the salmon. We were celebrating our baby moon and they made us feel special with amazing service and free champagne/sparkling cider. Very professional wait staff, excellent vibes and ambiance. Would definitely return! Be sure to get a reservation or show up right when they open.“

“Many of the local restaurants are overrated, but not Charleston Grill. Great ambiance, service, and the food is fantastic. The knowledgeable staff will help with a wine or cocktail selection to add to your experience. I recommend a jacket for men as this is an upscale venue. Go here, it's worth it.“

“Shiki looks unassuming on the outside, but the food is amazing and the interior is adorable! Since it is such a small space, you need a reservation to guarantee a spot. I was able to make same day reservations though! We got lucky, someone canceled! Even though this is a sushi spot, they had vegetarian options, and they had non-sushi options like the pork katsu. Their veggie sushi roll was SO good. I love when places get creative with veggie rolls and put a variety of veggies in. I also tried the roll that had lemon and jalapeño. I'm not the biggest fan of crab, but this roll was amazing. The lemon adds the perfect amount of zest! Plus, it's fun to try rolls I've never seen before. Even though we were absolutely stuffed, I needed to order the fried ice cream. It was SO GOOD. The fry batter is super light and crispy, and the red bean ice cream was amazing. If you're in Charleston, you should definitely try to get a reservation here!“

“I would argue that Malgón has the best bread service in Charleston. We stopped in for appetizers and wine. Our server was great and the patio was suuuuper cute. Blankets were provided on the patio as well, which was the perfect touch on this chilly evening. I’ve dinned here a few times and this is easily one of my favorite spots in Charleston.“

“The food was as good as my Nana and Cousin Odessa's cookin' - delicious! Gabe was our hostess and her service was excellent! The ambiance included good music, beautiful wall art, pictures and of course our joy and laughter shared with everyone. Our drink will always be the "Dirty Obama!" Celebrating three birthday's, we were serenaded with Stevie Wonder's HBD song sung by everyone in the place! Thank y'all for the best dining experience of our SC visit!“

“I don't think we could've found a better coffee shop in Charleston! This was a local recommendation for us, and I am so happy that we got to stop in here. The baristas were super friendly and the atmosphere was perfect. I ordered an iced chai, we both got the quiche, and I also got a peach pop tart on my way out. We decided to sit outside since the weather was beautiful. They had the cutest outdoor seating which really tied the whole experience together. There is also indoor seating but we couldn't pass up sitting outside on such a nice day. The iced chai was delicious and the quiche was cheesy and yummy too! Parking was a bit of a scavenger hunt but it's totally worth it!“

“We had an incredible experience at Stella's! The Greek cuisine here is truly authentic and delicious. Our server suggested the flaming Feta cheese appetizer with apricot topping, and it was absolutely fantastic! I opted for the Pikelia sampler entree, while my husband savored the delicious Lamb Shank. To complete our meal, we indulged in Greek coffee and dessert. The atmosphere, service, and food were all top-notch. Highly recommend!“

The eclectic menu features inventive dishes that are bursting with bold flavors and creativity. Standout dishes include the Okonomiyaki, a savory Japanese pancake loaded with flavor and texture, and the Fancy Boy Rice, a delightful combination of aromatic rice, tender pork belly, and flavorful toppings. Both dishes showcase the culinary prowess of the chefs and are must-try options. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, making it a great spot for a relaxed meal with friends or family. “Truly one of my favorite restaurants in Charleston. I've been twice and have loved every bite while there. It's a smaller space so if you have a larger group not a bad idea to get a reservation. Also do not sleep on their happy hour - it's a great deal with food and drink. Their Caesar salad is unique and has the best crunch with the seeds addition. We also tried the Korean chicken which was a great share item for the table and packed with flavor. All the pizzas are great but the tiramisu was one of the best I've ever had. I tried to get my husband to go back the next night just to get me one to go. Also - the house ranch and hot honey?! You really cannot go wrong with either. Love everything about Renzo.“

“We were looking for a place for happy hour and oysters and have enjoyed the Bay St location so we thought we would give the West Ashley spot a try and so glad we did. We sat at the bar by the shucking area and learned more about oysters from Doyle than we thought possible. The oysters were all excellent and you must try the char-broiled oysters for an app. They were fantastic. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive and we really liked the home town, neighborhood atmosphere. If you're looking for a great place for oysters away from the tourists this is the place. Sit on the right side of the bar and visit with Doyle. You'll be glad you did.“

“When you eat at Bertha's, it is like visiting family who have been eager to see you. Before you even open the front door, the aroma of delicious food fills the air and invites you to come in. Savor every moment and be reminded of a what a good family meal really means. When my family and I visited Bertha's, we knew little about it, but we were greeted with the warmest hospitality. We did not feel like strangers, but like another member of the family. And the staff at Bertha's made sure that we were well-fed.The fried chicken was fresh and piping hot. The red rice was bursting with flavor. The mac & cheese was warm and comforting. And each bite of my meal just made me want to have another bite.Thank you, Bertha's Kitchen! “In search of quality shrimp and grits I stumbled upon this place. I saw it being recommended on Reddit for having such. Food was high quality, service was great, and atmosphere was welcoming. Nothing bad to say from me. Give it a shot!“

“Was lucky enough to hit Callie's with no line & grab a seat at the small sitting area outside the market. Got the pimento cheese and sausage sandwich as well as a small sampler of blackberry, cinnamon, and cheese & chive. Biscuits were really good, different than I was expecting. They aren't flaky and buttery like other biscuits I've had. But they were more dense? Still very good overall & would recommend a stop if you're coming through Charleston!“

“A couple weeks ago, I took someone special to Halls for his birthday! The love, care and respect we received were matched only by exquisite cuisine and stellar service. In fact, so people waited on us, sadly we could not keep up with names! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such a lovely experience. We will be back! And I so enjoy playing Gospel Brunch! :)Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options are exquisite! Halls is very attentive to dietary restrictions, and made a few items the way we needed. Thanks for that!Dietary restrictions: I enjoyed the scallops so much! I can eat most seafood and vegetarian options, but sadly don’t digest red meat well. I leave that for my guests!“

“The watch is one of my favorite places to go in Charleston. The restaurant is nicely decorated, the view is great and the food is tasty. The service is always spectacular and I'm always happy to come back. This past time was lacking a bit on the food aspect. We ordered Brussels sprouts and ended up getting broccoli. The lobster pasta needed some salt. The chopped salad took forever to come. But I'm always happy to come back here as I do love the restaurant. I'd definitely recommend always getting the truffle fries (it's the best) and the espresso martini was perfect!“

“My daughter and I dined here on a girls weekend to Charleston. We tried the she crab soup, very creamy and flavorful. She had the filet and crab mac n cheese. I had the goat cheese gnocchi with short rib ragu. Everything was prepared exceptionally and the portion sizes were perfect. Neither of us had dessert, we were way too full. Lovely dining experience!“

“Excellent service, excellent food! This restaurant was one of the few that is able to handle a large reservation (for us 13 people). We were split into two tables and had to order family style (meaning they serve a variety of dishes, you are able to tell your waiter if you have any specific requests though). The food was so amazing, for the first course they gave my table of 6 two pizzas, meatballs and a caesar salad. The second course they served a roasted chicken with gnocchi and asparagus. It came with 2 pastas (a red sauce and a carbonara) as well as brussel sprouts. The dessert was a tiramisu. The caesar salad was SO good, it was well dressed and had the right amount of parm! A person in our group has a celiac allergy and the staff here were so so accommodating. It was impressive how knowledgable they were in ensuring there was no cross contamination (asking questions such as if it was ok to fire the gluten free pizza in the same oven as the others). They were able to create gluten free versions of the pizza, pasta, and dessert. In addition in each course they clearly communicated which dishes were specially made as well as which of the normal dishes were safe as well. Overall super impressed!“

“First time visit recommended by nephew. Great food, great server and prompt service. Always try to be considerate in not overstaying our welcome when people are waiting to be seated. We finished our lunch having been there a total of one hour , enjoying talk with nephew who we hadn’t seen in months when another employee rudely and abruptly said “so, are you ready to settle up?” Never have we felt like we were being ejected from a restaurant! And the real rub is there were at least 3 empty tables and a booth in our seating area. We three were so stunned by her rude manners, we politely gave her our card, (and she took the liberty of pre-selecting a 22% tip which we gladly gave our server)paid our bill and left - NEVER TO RETURN!“

“I had Saturday brunch with my parents here while visiting Charleston. It was a lovely spot that felt very hip and had a cool vintage aesthetic to it. The food was amazing and tasted very fresh! The service was great!! Our waiter was so friendly and helpful with choosing dishes. We were also sat very quickly despite it being a Saturday and a busy crowd.
