“Came in with a $100+ order. There was a young guy working at the register. Poor people skills, not a hello, a smile, a welcome.I told him the first sandwich, how I wanted it etc. nice and slow. Then the rest of the order. He seemed to be in a rush because he kept trying to tell me the total without asking if that’s everything. Tried charging me extra for cookies when every cookie they sell has a pack deal. Why does it matter which cookies I want as long as it’s 4 total - no other Panera location does it like that but sure.Upon seeing the receipt I noticed for the first two sandwiches he didn’t add the right toppings. I asked him and he said it’s on there. Later on I had to tell the sandwich makers that I needed certain toppings on.The first part of the order were a couple soups and they weren’t announced that it’s ready. Nobody called out the name and it was chilling on the counter getting cold. The first two sandwiches were missing the chicken and extra cheese. That was the part of the order the cashier got right also. Upon realizing we got a messed up sandwich we brought them back and the girls in the back made them right right away.Overall they made it right after we told them the issue but shouldn’t have had issues to begin with. Straightforward order. Location was empty.“
“Well I used to love Panera. Some of them had started cheaping on their products. But this particular Panera still has what it takes! They should send there workers to do remedial training to the ones in Florence, and Columbia. We both got the Fortega Chicken panini , EXCELLENT job! Keep up the good work!“
“Great place to grab Panera on campus. The employees are friendly and all know my name. The coffee subscription is unbeatable. Also the French onion soup is unbelievable. This used to be a full service Panera, but now USC has everything routed through an on-campus app from Grub Hub. In the beginning I loved this place, it's quite, clean and convenient. Once everything started having to be ordered through the Grub Hub Kiosk it became near impossible to get a meal here. At the peak times it's probably at least an hour to get your order, even when it's slow it takes a while. Please bring back ordering through the Panera app.“
“Dorty, who we didn't know was the manager, provided exceptional customer service for my family. And founding out this was our first time in Columbia South Carolina, made our decision to dine at Panera Bread wonderful and relaxing. Kudos to him and his staff. Situated right on the corner, it's truly an enjoyable place. Dining options were healthy and delicious ?. Staff "focus" was on their customers. Will definitely be back to eat there from the many choices on the street and in the area.“
“?x? OMG?.... finally a Panera Bread location that is clean and has friendly, courteous and professional staff. I will frequent this location as long as I'm in Columbia. GREAT JOB Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Everyone that I encountered during this visit were pleasant and professional.“
“Felt like Cafe style with privacy. Big place in Plaza in Harbison. I didn't know the menu too well as the store menu only had items no descriptions, so the order take was pleasant and patient with me. Food didn't take long cause usually when I'm starved it seems like forever and I was starved well we (heyKells) were.Vegetarian options: A few options are available, or you can make it so.Dietary restrictions: I'm on a diet and I ate here. Moderation is key people. ?Parking: It's a Plaza. It has in front of door and parking in the Plaza. Ask the parking is inside the Plaza.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome. It does seem like quiet like the library, though. Just my observation.Wheelchair accessibility: Available“
