“My sons and I enjoy the great food and great folks here. Like the other branches of their restaurants, the solid fusion fare like char sui, bulgogi, and sriracha shrimp sandwiches and cheese burger fries that accompany the more typical grilled pork and similar, along with less crunchy baguettes, set it apart from more traditional Vietnamese bánh mì fare. Clean and bright inside, fresh ingredients, and the good location also help make this a winner.“

“We arrived at Pho Viet a little past noon, the place was quiet and had 2 tables at most. We were greeted by the two guys who were working and took a seat to our liking. We ordered drinks and food, we both ordered #15 (Rare Steak, Brisket and Flank) Beef Noodle Soup (Pho) we asked for it to be spicy and a #4 (Crispy Shrimp Rolls) she had a sprite and I had a sweet tea.Food came out rather quickly, which was surprising! The broth was hot, fresh, and very flavorful with a good amount of noodles you could just slurp them right up.Along with that comes a side dish of extras you can add on to your liking (bean sprouts, basil, lime, jalapeño slices, and a lemon wedge). The Phó was phenomenal, the flavor was right on point, and excellent for this cold weather. The shrimp rolls were crispy and crunchy, and they came with a lettuce leaf and pickled carrots, which just packed on flavor. The tanginess of the sauce makes everything come together as the perfect bite!We paid a little over $50, but for the amount of food, the attentiveness of the servers, and overall delicious food, it makes it well worth its price. So, if you're in the area, make sure you stop by!“

“For a quick bite to grab, it's is definitely you place. I had the pho with tripe, flank steak and tendon. The flavor was good, but the hoisin sauce wasn't at every table and you had to walk around to get a bottle. Also, my broth had a heavy 5-spice flavor and my cilantro tasted more like Italian parsley than cilantro. The menu isn't as diverse, so it limits your order to soup options, rice dishes and some simple appetizers. The service was great, in that it was timely, and from order to food on table, it was amazingly quick. There was a ton of seating, and the bathrooms are undergoing an update that looks nice. In terms of parking, it's ok, but it can be difficult to get to if crossing traffic.“

“The hawaiian garlic shrimp bowl was sooo delicious! I especially like the hawaiian mac salad. I also got the strawberry and cream handcrafted drink (basically a strawberry milk tea IMO) and it was alright. There are such a variety of items on the menu and the atmosphere was very quaint. I’ll definitely be back to try something new ?“

“Very good restaurant hidden in a small shopping center in Cayce. Aren’t the best Thai restaurants in places like this. I’m glad I tried it. Wonderful. I had the Pad Kee Mao with Chicken (Thai Hot) and Vietnamese Eggrolls, and Hot and Sour Soup. All fantastic. The noodles were thin rice noodles. I’m used to thick rice noodles for this dish, but it was still great. The Vietnamese eggrolls were amazing. Thin rice noodles with Chicken. Strong recommendation from me.“
