“They have some signs of the "Miller High Life" on the wall, but they don't have any beer products at the restaurant. It's just interior decor as well as their name is Miller. I asked a bottle of the Miller light, but they don't have anything.?“

“We love Harbinger. The coffee is great but the pastries are TO DIE FOR. The Spice girl is one of my favorite pastries in Charleston. It’s a small place so it can get kind of busy, but we have always been able to find a spot when we visit. Would highly recommend to anyone!!“

“The cutest little spot! Saw a video on TikTok raving about it and had to visit. The folks working were so lovely and kind- politely answered questions about each item. We grabbed a sandwich, a strawberry biscuit, a slice of honey pie, a slice of olive oil cake, and two pistachio cream sandwich cookies + two iced coffees. Sampled a little bit of everything and loved every single bite- I cannot choose a favorite. 100% will be back! Thank you!“

“I really appreciated this place! Cute little spot you wanted even notice if you were driving over the speed limit. I got a burger and fries and girlfriend got chicken salad sammy and side of pickles. I hate mentioning a side item first but these were some of the best fries I have ever had. The crisp was phenomenal! The burger was very good and the toppings were very fresh. The burger was "clean" in the fact the bun stayed in tact and the burger and toppings didn't just crumble off. The chicken salad was super flavorful and had big chunks of chicken! The service was ELITE. Just two youngins in there but super attentive and very kind. Made ya feel important. As for inside this place, it's so cool. Wine bottles to buy, and coffee beans and tea to purchase. Overall a really cool spot that I hope sticks!“

“Living in Summerville, I have yet to find a "real" bakery. Fortunately, one of my coworkers turned me onto Wildflower. Since I work downtown, I make a point to visit the bakery at least once a week. The staff is friendly and helpful and the selection is vast.“

“Daddy's Girls Bakery made my wedding cake and it was absolutely breathtaking and delicious! They were able to take inspiration pictures from Pinterest and create exactly what I wanted! The dried flowers were so pretty and the flavor was amazing. We had chocolate hazelnut and almond. We got so many compliments on it! We also appreciated the amount of tasting samples at the beginning. They really provide you with great experience from start to finish and we will definitely be getting future cakes from here!“

“So happy to have this shop in West Ashley. Their baguettes in croissants are such a treat and not that I’m an expert, but seem true to European standards, if not better than my memories. As expected at the end of the the day they were out of most pastries, so I grabbed a coffee cake and simple egg & cheese on baguette. My 2 yr old was getting fussy, so as was going to tell him I have to go to the car, the kind cook read my mind. He offered to bring it to me. Simplicity made heavenly. “The food was delicious and the place was packed. It was hard to find seating. The ordering of drinks was a little confusing. They didn't seem to have wait staff to refill drinks. It was a little confusing for me, but an extrovert who doesn't mind asking questions would have no problems. I just ate my food, drank my one coffee, and left. “Pastries are delightful! Cute assortment of desserts that are indulgent and not too sweet. One star off bc seating is tight so you have to hover and wait for ppl to leave a table. We went at 5pm when Google said it was "less busy than usual" and we still had to wait about 15 mins on line to order, another 5 mins to get our food and drinks, and the whole time there were no extra seats. We then had to hover around holding hot coffee and tea mugs with a plate & fork of dessert.“

“I had Ashley Bakery make my son’s 19th birthday cake. I asked for a basket ball on top. They far exceeded my expectations and had them wrapped around the sides as well. Purchased a few cupcakes to try.Never heard of a hummingbird cake, supposed to have banana, walnut and pineapple, but I think I got a unmixed one, or maybe it's all blended because I don't think I had any of those pieces. Frosting was nice though.Also purchased a Lime curd, Lemon curd, and pinata surprise.Lime and Lemon were very tart, which would've been alright by itself but the frosting was soo sweet. I guess it's to try to balance them out, but it feels more like it's just overwhelming. Pinata surprise was just a cake with sprinkles, but the frosting was good.Also got a blueberry muffin and a Pecan Chewy. Blueberry was nice, bit more moist than the cupcakes it felt like. But the chewy really good. Would recommend.“

“This authentic French bakery is the real deal! As soon as I walked in this bakery I felt like I was transported into another country. The pastries are truly a work of art! The almond croissant was hands down the best pastry I have ever had… so good I’m still left day dreaming about it. The Le Chambertin bakery was one of the top highlights of our trip to Charleston! “Went by for pastries for the weekend. Not at all sad about it!! While I truly enjoy good pastries I don't like anything too sweet. I got a pecan bar which was delicious and not sweet as pecan pie- thank goodness! Would get it again. The pop tart was fun. Never cared for those in the store or other bakeries but liked this one. The coffee cake was Devine! I love cinnamon so was excited there was a lot of cinnamon in it. Now, I got a whoopie pie expecting it to be too sweet. Started eating it before I got out of the parking lot and almost went back for more but I had other treats to eat. Thank goodness I don't live nearby! I will be making the drive many more times though! Excellent experience!“

“Was a good experience going into this location. We got to sample some of the cookies and they were pretty good. Don’t expect a lot of these cookies to have frosting. They are not big in size and they come in bags of multiples as you cannot just buy one. If you like cookies and have a sweet tooth, I would say you should try these. The employees were nice. “I cannot sing enough praise for RISE Bakery! The team made the most beautiful -- and delicious -- smash cake and two dozen cupcakes for my daughter's first birthday. The whole experience was wonderful. They responded to my online inquiry quickly, helped give me ideas based on the theme (an Alice in Onederland party), and delivered the cake and cupcakes an hour before the party started. They even set the cake and cupcakes out for me, and put in the first birthday candle! So many people remarked on how beautiful and perfect the treats were, and how good they all tasted too. I can't wait to use RISE again!“
