“Daddy's Girls Bakery made my wedding cake and it was absolutely breathtaking and delicious! They were able to take inspiration pictures from Pinterest and create exactly what I wanted! The dried flowers were so pretty and the flavor was amazing. We had chocolate hazelnut and almond. We got so many compliments on it! We also appreciated the amount of tasting samples at the beginning. They really provide you with great experience from start to finish and we will definitely be getting future cakes from here!“

“I stopped in at The Coffee House to grab a to-go coffee and stayed for an hour. Ms Q is an amazing person and I will support her every time I am in North Charleston. I ordered Grandmas Breakfast, and it was outstanding. The coffee was perfect. Drive on past Starbucks and Dunkin and stop in to The Coffee House to chat with Ms Q, you'll be glad you did.“

“Everything about this place is what a bakery should be. Entering, the smell of freshly baked pasties and bread hits you. Workers are busy in the back to prepare more fresh baked goods. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxed and along the wall are locally sourced products, such as honey. Everything is right; even the coffee is the perfect temperature to be enjoyed immediately without burning oneself. 5/5 stars.“

“I've been coming into River Street Sweets since October 2023 the 1st day that I walked into this store was a pleasure meeting Chris Haskins I believe he's assistant manager maybe a manager I'm not really sure but he greeted me with a friendly smile and very outgoing all my management of 32 years I would love to have someone like him on my team he's very outgoing very polite. I went into the store today Chris was in the store today and he's so cheerful you couldn't ask for a better person I really enjoy going in there especially when Chris is there he brightens up my day thank you Chris Haskins“

“This is a really quaint spot with lots of sweet offerings in Park Circle. The service is very friendly and the vibes are 10/10! All seating is outdoors (but it is a covered porch) which is nice. I have tried one of their cookies and a chocolate almond croissant - both were pretty good! Nothing revolutionary, but exactly what I was looking for that day.“

“Small tienda on Dorchester Road, no frills kinda spot. Reminded me of the stores all over Northern Cali with the marinated meats, creamas, various queso frescos, produce, alternative beers and a bakery. Tacos were spot on and ready I like 2 minutes. I would come here again in a heartbeat if craving real deal Mexican. The green hot sauce that came with the tacos was fantastic!“

“The cakes here are my favorite, i have developed an obsession over the tres leches cakes that are made next door and brought to the store. Wide selection for groceries they have a small section for produce and fruit you'll see right when you walk in. Huge selection of Mexican drinks and foods! I love this place. Plus i can practice my Spanish while there. The ladies who work here are nice and i feel comfortable being there.“
