“We had the best lunch here! Our group was very large for a bachelorette party and they were able to accommodate us well, we did make a reservation in advance. All of the drinks were fantastic, several of our group had mococktails, and others had cocktails but all were absolutely delicious. I wasn't able to take a photo but the shrimp and oysters were amazing to have as appetizers, especially for a large group. I plan to visit this restaurant again when I return.”

“I came here after having dinner upstairs. This is a small but nice little ice cream shop that you see on most beach towns. There were 5 people working behind the counter although it was the middle of winter and tourism had dropped significantly. I ordered a gelato. The guy behind the counter was very nice. They offer cakes, pies, and cookies as well if ice cream isn't your thing. Everything was great!”

“We stopped by here for some fish tacos and had a such a great time, we came back a second day for the same thing.The first day we got a platter of two tacos - one Mahi-mahi, and one Fresh Cath, which was Red Snapper, with the street corn. Kaylor was most kind and knowledgeable.Day two we ordered 2 Red Snapper tacos (not pictured) on corn tortillas (highly recommend) with the rice and beans. At first, we were brought Mahi-mahi on flour tortillas, but Lucy figured it out and we ended up with two free tacos! The Red Snapper was more tender, less chewy, and more delicious. “Do you like bbq?Do you enjoy amazing service?Do you love being by the water?Well then, why are you even looking at reviews? Because, it doesn’t get better than HOMETEAM. I grew up in Columbia South Carolina, where we were lucky enough to get a home team barbecue that opened up right before I graduated. When I moved to Charleston to start my career and I found out I highly recommend asking for Peyton or Cam as they will make this unbelievable experience this is where they were founded I was immediately more attracted to the locally owned establishment with amazing Que.If you have the luxury of making it to the Sullivan Island location, I highly recommend you ask for Peyton and or Cam. As they will take this experience to an elevated level for you.10 out of 5 stars… a full send, as the kids would say.”

“Sometimes (almost all the time) my husband and I just go to the beach so that we can stop at Dunleavy’s after the beach. It’s cash only so plan ahead, but we enjoy the cold beer, delicious popcorn, and their amazing chili. This place is a staple. My husband also loves the chicken salad sandwich. Please bring back the apple Bold Rock, and I may never leave (but I’ll enjoy the Miller Lite in the meantime!).”

“When spending a day at the beach on Sullivans Island the Co-Op is a must stop. Saw many patrons eating, but we came for the Frose and weren’t disappointed.A walk to the beach with a frozen drink solves most all problems. Staff was amazing, drinks were outstanding. Don’t pass up when on Sullivans.”

The fact that all the ice cream and cones are gluten free, seed oil free, homemade and high quality sourcing won me over AND it’s the first time I’ve enjoyed ice cream without a bellyache. “This review is LONG overdue. My sister & I visited Charleston July 2023. The night we flew in from Seattle we had Chasing Sage for dinner - what a delight! From the atmosphere to the food to the incredible staff and chef, it was an amazing experience. My sister and I still randomly bring up our experience at Chasing Sage, and how delicious the food was. Honestly, we'll probably be back to SC and this place is a decent part of the reason why. Cannot express enough how much we enjoyed this place! *edit to add that at the time there was some sort of a seasonal drink on the menu that included peas and my sister thought it was to die for!”

“Great restaurant! We had lunch here after walking around the park and rainbow row, conveniently located. The grilled salmon was absolutely delicious and the gazpacho was refreshing and tasty. The tacos were just okay, they were the best but they good for lunch. Mahi was the best, tuna is a seared tuna btw and the shrimp was just okay and fried. An over-the-top combination that takes you to an over-the-top state of pure bliss. Rest assured that you will be in a dream state after this meal.”

“We devoured the most epic dinner at Azur Charleston last night to celebrate our anniversary! If you haven't been, get ready for a taste bud explosion! We started with fancy cocktails that made us feel like high rollers, then feasted on an Azur burger with beef braised in burgundy on a croissant bun - it was like a party in our mouths! And don't even get me started on the lamb wrap with Boston lettuce and crème fraiche, it was like a flavor bomb went off!
