Great lunch service. Waitress was awesome and attentive. Boudin balls were on point as an appetizer. Fried shrimp had a a light batter and were delicious. Chicken and sausage gumbo was really good too. I will go back here.
Overall this place has great food BUTThe crawfish, while well-seasoned, is a bit of an issue for someone who eats them regularly.If you order 2 lb, or if you order 5 lb, it's the exact same size portion that you will get.For someone who regularly cooks 30 lb bags of crawfish, it's a little insulting to be told that 2 lb is 5 lb.Also, found some obviously dead and decayed ones in my last order.Overall a great establishment, hopefully they will get their portions corrected. Definitely the place for crawfish! The second time the waitress we had was amazing and she told us about the rewards points, which I did not know about from our previous visit and that got me a free half pound of shrimp and one snow crab cluster with my crawfish.
