The atmosphere is very sexy & welcoming & the hostesses were beautiful and friendly. While sitting at the bar like the bar princess I am, I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Roberto the handsome refined bartender. He was the added bonus we needed to end our night. “I had the brisket tacos with mixed veges and French fries. The flavors of all the ingredients that made up those tacos were amazing. The vegetables were cooked perfectly and of course the fries were delicious. Our server was so nice and made sure we were happy and satisfied. This is one of our favorite places to eat.“

We love fried mushrooms, but these didn't have a lot of flavor. Now the brisket Mac n cheese bites, unfortunately, fell SHORT... ? they were an unpleasant surprise. NO flavor at all. The Pontchartrain dish was ok, just my opinion. I was not mesmerized by the flavor of this dish. The Cajun feast looks delicious but also lacks flavor. The flaming hot Cheeto chicken tenders looked just like the plain chicken tenders. I know because the 2 guests who ordered them sat next to each other. The point is, there was barely any flaming hot Cheeto. My seafood platter was ok. I absolutely LOVED the fried fish on the platter! It was delicious and very crunchy, the shrimp were good, and the fried crawfish tails needed more seasoning in the batter.“

“We drove by this place a couple of days ago and we thought it was a BOBA PLACE! The food was DELICIOUS!!! And the manager{Iris} was absolutely amazing to us and was honestly impressed by how well she treated us. And most importantly, the atmosphere was fantastic. The place was really decorated for Mardi Gras. And the gator was one of my favorite decorations about the place. We will definitely come back to Bubba T’s Kitchen again.“

“Just finished a meal and could not wait to leave a review. The jerk chicken is absolutely amazing, sooo tender, moist, fall off the bone… and the flavor is just out of this world. The chef was friendly and the portions are huge. The rice is great, plantains are perfectly cooked and I actually loved the cabbage (not usually my thing but this was great) the coco bread is just right… but that chicken… omg. He ordered crab legs and the manager came to our table and said they would separately boil his order so that it was not cooked in the same water as shrimp. “I stopped by Boiler Room today with some starving Rugby players after their game and they ate till they were in food comas. The food was so good they couldn't stop themselves! They offered lots of additional spices and condiments and the portion size was perfect. Everyone was incredibly nice and tables were clean and ready for families to sit together and enjoy a meal together. The owner even came over and told us all about the food and where it came from and how they make it fresh. We will be going here anytime we are in the area!“

This time the food did not hit the spot and service was mediocre for a restaurant of this level. This might be just the waiter we had. Just slow with asking for new round of drinks, bit sloppy, not too interested.We all thought the food was just too salty, it was awkward. Next time we will ask to be scarce with the salt. I tried to Lobster Thermidor, it was just not well executed. Last time I had it at The Oceanaire Seafood Room at The Galleria, perfect. At Perry's it was very salty, dry and the lobster was not fresh. I guess I should have stayed with meat.I do like their Menu, they have original options, plenty of choice. The Atmosphere is great, the lighting is pleasant and the crowd is good. I don't like a steak house with pumping loud music or with no light like you are in some cave (Like Mastros Market Street, great food but terrible atmosphere).We will come back for another chance, but a review should be truthful. I guess we caught them at a bad moment. It is a nice place and great value to The Woodlands.“

“First, the food is outstanding and worth any wait so you will have to be patient. I had read many positive reviews online and decided to try this for Father’s Day arriving shortly after opening. The location has limited seating and a huge takeout business and was already very busy. There was one guy taking all orders and servicing all customers, but he was very friendly and professional. While waiting, we talked to a women who was making a takeout order and she encouraged us to be patient as the food was worth it. She was right! I started with a cup of chicken gumbo and the flavor was amazing. The 12 piece fried Shimp plate was perfectly cooked and tasty with very good onion rings and very flavorful Cajun rice. My wife was extremely happy with her grilled Shimp salad. We were stuffed for a very good price of $32. We will be back!“

“We went to Pirate’s Paradise on Sawdust this evening and it was AMAZING. My server was so wonderful, attentive and the chef even came out to discuss a dietary concern. On top of that, the food was top notch and although my toddler decided at times to be difficult, the staff was so kind. They waved to him. They asked how everything was tasting. My drinks were ALWAYS more than 50% full. My only regret is that I didn’t manage to catch my waiter’s name because I was dealing with my toddler at the time. I highly recommend!“
