I took my husband there for a "surprise" belated birthday get-together with family...I wasn't sure if 5 people or 15 people were going to show up! Our family loved the atmosphere and the food was soooooooo good. It was also so family friendly, as we had 6 kids under age 6! I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again, but I'm sending all my NOVA family your way!!“

“Came for dinner after my MRI at the MRI Center of Fairfax. We sat at the tables beside the bar. Geri was awesome. So kind and shared some personal stories with us.We both enjoyed a flight of four draft beers. My husband had grilled chicken sandwich and I had the Southwest Salad. Both were really good. The slaw with the firecracker shrimp was addicting.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap Parking and alternate door entrance and wheelchair lift from bar to main floor“

“Really chill atmosphere that was great for kids. Lot's of coloring books, crayons, and even chalk for the chalkboard wall in the back area. Weeknight specials are really a good deal considering how expensive everything is these days. We went on a Thursday and got the smashburgers which were surprisingly juicy and hotdogs are only $1 if you want something simple for kids. Will definitely make that part of the dinner rotation.“

“First time and I'm very glad we came to check it out! Great comfortable atmosphere that offers a family area as well as 21 and over area in the bar area. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed out time. Several good beers were tried and I appreciate that a cider (woodchuck) us offered and was very good. We came in time for mimosas/beermosas and the brunch food. We both got huevos rancheros which was delicious. I also got the Nordic knot pretzels with the beer cheese and goat cheese, both were awesome. I'm glad I live so close and will definitely be back!! Highly recommend!!“

“Checked them out for the first time on St. Patty's Day. It was very busy. They have a very nice space with lots of seating indoors and out and they had 2 food trucks which was nice. Their beer and sodas are self serve which was new to me but made it easy to try all the different types without having too much of any one. Very enjoyable experience!However, for craft beer lovers, their beer wasn't as full of body or flavor as you'd expect.“

“Have always loved Aslin, was stoked to be able to finally try it from the source while visiting DC. The beer did not disappoint. The staff did not give the welcoming vibe that I’m used to at breweries, I ordered two half pours and the bartender gave me grief about showing two ids for the two beers, never had that happen before and beyond that they generally did not give off a very hospitable or friendly vibe. Amazing beer though.“

“Very bright, warm, friendly location. Drink offerings are varied and refreshing. The staff are always responsive and even offers firepit in the winter. Definitely has grown exponentially since their initial opening. Great local brewery. Parking has been a battle as far as access, but the location is very cute and welcoming.“

“What a beer lovers place to go. Lots of parking across the street. I've seen their beers in many beer and wine stores and Optimal Wit is probably the most recognizable. For folks that like pilsners like me, there are so many to choose from and really enjoyed their downright Pilsner and their American pale ale, essential pale ale. Nice to see breweries still make these that are not all IPA's. Their outdoor seating is huge with smaller indoor and bar seating and in the back where the beer tanks are even more seating and also where you can reserve tables for bigger parties. They don't serve food but have food trucks where you can order food. Lots of TV's to watch sports. For the kids they have two arcades (like Donkey Kong, Pac man, Galaga) that are free to use.“

“This place has a great atmosphere. Very dog friendly!! That makes me happy. Sucks they dont serve food, as strong as the beer is they really should serve something. There is a food truck outside but ?‍♀️ The employees were friendly and did recommend a great beer but dont try to start conversations with them. I know if you want convo call someone who cares but man come on give me 5 seconds after i just spent $35 ? Ill definitely be back next time i deliver to this area!!“

“Love to come here when the weather is nice, obviously. It is a rooftop bar. There is a decent selection of both beer and cocktails. They do also have a small menu of food. Bartenders are always friendly and quick. They usually have either a live band/singer and have a giant projector screen for sports.“

I enjoy Aslin's sour beer selection and love that their fans feature artwork that is fun and quirky! “This morning, I had to make a super hard decision between awesome smelling coffee and good tasting beer that I had from them in the past. It was my first time in that building... Industrial looking with tons of seating and people vary from working to family and strollers.“

“The Marvolo and the Marvoloso stouts are great... but they are gone. The Irish style sweet stout is pretty good, though. There are plenty of IPAs which IPA drinkers seem to really enjoy as well. I wish they allowed customization of their pizzas.. a fennel sausage and pepperoni would be awesome. They would really benefit from an acoustic study of the space. The design of the vintage concrete ceiling creates a massive amount of resonance which makes it easy to hear everything everywhere all at once. Super difficult for folks with any audio processing disorder.“

“Don't listen to Ward A. His group was visibly intoxicated and I heard shouted obscenities from them multiple times, as did all the tables full of people around me. Dude just can't handle being asked to leave cause you'd had too much to drink. Be a man about it and just go home. Stop with your pathetic, flimsy excuses. People applauded when your party finally left.Great job by all the staff handling this drunk group and trying to create the atmosphere everyone expects at Silver Branch.“

“My friends who live nearby took me here for brunch on a Saturday morning and it was so good! Their hash with chorizo was so delicious. My friend's buffalo chicken sandwich looked great, I'll have to try it next time. Even the kid pancakes looked tasty.They had a huge coffee menu and the Mexican coffee and regular cappuccino were so good.I'd love to come back for a beer when it's warmer and not raining!
