I have no idea when the quality slipped but since when is this a large sundae. Absolutely not worth my money and I am disappointed I spent money at this location. The one in kings heights actually made it worth it and we had the same thing the other day but got our money’s worth. My understanding is all locations are owned by the same people but the quality is not consistent.
Extremely understaffed, poor communication, order was incorrect, product was melting and thin from the second we got it.
Would definitely do again. ❤️
Not polite girl today. And arguing with me about a simple kids meal...

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service. The staff is known for being kind, hardworking, and charismatic, striving to provide excellent experiences. The food quality is consistently fresh and of top DQ quality, with a variety of treats available, including the popular Blizzard. While there may be some minor issues with orders, the staff is quick to resolve any problems. The interior is fairly small but has enough chairs and tables for dine-in, and the parking area is spacious. A drive-thru is also available for convenience. Although the dine-in space may not be large, it is cozy, and there is usually a calm atmosphere. The overall experience remains excellent, with the potential for it to get crowded during special offers. The restaurant also features a fridge displaying ice cream cakes. Recently, there have been improvements, such as the Blizzard machine calibration, ensuring that the product stays intact until customers get home.
