I have no idea when the quality slipped but since when is this a large sundae. Absolutely not worth my money and I am disappointed I spent money at this location. The one in kings heights actually made it worth it and we had the same thing the other day but got our money’s worth. My understanding is all locations are owned by the same people but the quality is not consistent.
well.... there is a whipped cream tip in my moolatte, so there's that.
as someone who works with these bags on a regular basis, there's no way you don't notice if one falls out.. let alone how it could be IN the drink, which also had whipped cream on top 🤦

Like the other reviewer said I as well went and ordered two blizzards, a turtles with peanuts rather than pecans and the new Oreo cheesecake blizzard . My son also wanted two of the $3 flame thrower chicken wraps that were showing on the menu on the website. When she packed my order she put two burgers in the bag at 7.49 each I questioned her on it as it was supposed to be wraps and just got a funny look saying no they didn’t have wraps only burgers.
