On the 2 occasions I went, the male employees working were friendly and helpful, just excellent staff. It is the female staff on both days, that I found all of their attitudes very odd and not what I would expect in a service industry where you actually deal with other humans.
Even while in front of the till, one of them, looked right through me and took a full minute to acknowledge I was standing right in front of her. They all had blank stares, very robotic behaviour and very unfriendly demeanour.
I’m not sure who hired every single one of these women but they should not be in customer service at all. I will never give them my money again. The bar is set very low now days and it’s unfortunate.

Had a great experience there tonight. Not only did the young man bring our meal to our table, he checked on us after we ate a bit, then came when we were done and cleared our table. Well done Sir! I should have gotten your name, you went above and beyond in a 'fast food' environment. Your employer should be proud of how you represented their company.

I have always had a great experience at this Edo location. I live in Innisfail and I would rather come to this location than go to the nearest Red Deer location just because of how I'm always treated every time I go in, The cleanliness of the restaurant and how friendly the staff is. The manager almost always happens to be there when I come, and he's always very friendly and welcoming and always up for conversation. The front staff always greet me every time I come in and the cooks always put out consistently good food. If you're going to choose Edo and Airdrie? I would choose this location. See you next time!

Got a teriyaki bowl and the rice was kind of dry/crunchy and it just didn’t taste like other locations. Something felt like it was missing
I went to this edo 10 minutes from closing and the staff were friendly not like some places that think you shouldn't come when the store is closing soon. I ended up ordering 2 jumbo beef dinners with extra meat and sauce. The food was far better than any other edo I have been too and the proces were very accepatble. Thank you to the staff for the great experience!

My first sushi experience where you’re not given ginger and wasabi with your sushi rolls (my favourite part)… and there was no option to add this on the skip app.
Also they forgot the avocado part in the “yam and avocado roll” which my kids were very disappointed about. Also — there is no miso soup on the menu?!
$75 for a sad meal and will not return
