Edo Japan - Airdrie Crossing - Grill and Sushi

This isn’t the greatest edo out there, but my food was perfectly good, I had no issues, and staff behind the register was extremely kind and welcoming. Would return.

My first sushi experience where you’re not given ginger and wasabi with your sushi rolls (my favourite part)… and there was no option to add this on the skip app.

Also they forgot the avocado part in the “yam and avocado roll” which my kids were very disappointed about. Also — there is no miso soup on the menu?!

$75 for a sad meal and will not return

I visited this location twice to place a large pre-order for 25 teriyaki bowls. They were fantastic and truly helpful. We will return on our next trip south!

Unfortunately I didn’t get to order and went elsewhere. They have no clue what is happening in their lobby. No control of walk in traffic vs online orders/delivery service. Front staff working with their heads down eyes on the floor. Sadly very poor service was only person in line for walk in service, people there had already ordered and were waiting for their food. I waited 15 minutes wasn’t even acknowledged.

My order is always wrong, skimp out on veggies compared to some other Edo franchises, tastes bland, broccoli isn’t always cooked enough, I paid for double veggies with the chicken dish and beef has the same if not slightly more, containers are half full maybe an inch of food, waste of 30$.

This Edo Japan location is the BEST!! Absolutely spotless!! Service was above and beyond!! 4 different team members and the manager checked in to make sure myself and other customers had what they needed. Excellent!

Not a bad place to get food price point is fair. It’s just very bland and flavorless

Was served raw shrimp on an 8pc tiger roll. Called and spoke to to the store, no one cared. Addressed a man at the counter on my next visit, didn’t care or would not share or allow me to chat with the store manager. Disgusting and reporting to the food inspection agency,
